Russia is 'domestic terrorism'? Which US state is Russia, again?

Btw, I just think it's interesting historically - back in the day when there were 'eco-terrorists' like Greenpeace (yes, Greenpeace was called a terrorist organization for things like peacefully camping out on trees and buildings to prevent logging or protest corporate policies) the FIB had no problem calling them domestic terrorists. They used that phrase a lot. And they promised that anyone who donated to them would get on a list as supporting terrorism!

But ** NOW ** they seem to have gotten awfully sensitive about the fact that there is no 'domestic terrorism' law, so no one can be charged with 'domestic terrorism' or be called a 'domestic terrorist'. They've become SO much more circumspect! Tho no one can explain why it was OK back then, but not now.

In any case, no, there are no 'domestic terrorists' like the title claims. It's a category that simply doesn't exist. The FIB says so.
