EEeesh. Two days of having my kid home, and too much Barbie Fairy movies.

I had this picture my in head of your husband riding THE OTHER kinda fairy, flogging Tinkerbell. Faster dammit, faster.

I sympathize with anybody has to commute through this seasonal traffic crud. I went to the mall the other day, went to find a checkout to buy ONE shirt. The first line I get behind one woman who literally has 20 transactions so she can use 20 coupons

The next register I head for- this old biddy runs!!! to cut in front of me AND MY ONE SHIRT with her giant bag of returns... I put the shirt down and left

I'm pretty sure there were turf wars over our parking space when we left...

One of the best things about shopping local is that while I don't quite have the "scream-and-flee" reaction which I daresay I wouldn't at all mind having - those who do recognize me or my beat-up old clunker tend to get the hell out of the way for the most part.

Now if only them damn auditory extortionists would fall silent as I go by...
(I HATE them damn bell-ringers, but out of tolerance for others I do not directly hassle em neither.)
