The only way to make Fox make more weekly tv shows is to make them ourselves. We have the technology we just need the people. How? The crews appearances overlaid on blue covered people doing the acting in blue rooms in their homes using 2 or more Kenect boxes to place their locations in the shows sets which are all generated in a vitual supercomputer formed by a Seti like group of 1000's home pc's link together. Needed computer experts,programmers,security hackers to protect the project,actors,editors,writers,graphic designers.ect. This all could be done anonymously thru perpetual moving tunnels thru the net. Since know one knows anybody else maybe some of the original cast and writers would kick in. We could all vote on the best people by seeing their samples on a web site and voting. I don't have the talent for any of this but there must be those who do.

If the software to overlay the original cast can't be created or found then some hacker could borrow it. I know it exists because I have seen samples of it demonstrated on the net.

You better aim to misbehave if you ever want this show back!! Just an idea. Maybe just a 5 min clip would show FOX if they don't do it and make money then they won't make any at all off Firefly.

Real good start. I know this sounds a little out there but with an experienced CEO or organizer, it is possible. If any others have an "how to do this idea" please jump in. If a good series of possibilities show up on these boards, I'm sure fox will see them and maybe be motivated to sell or produce.
