I agree. While I am a registered Republican, I tend to vote for candidates with a Libertarian message more. For example, even if Perot came across like a demented little Gremlin, I voted for him twice, mainly because I like demented little Gremlins

While I think Joss is tossing a bit of PoliSciLite into the stories and character development, I don't think it's to espouse a belief so much as to set up the setting for the 'verse and those who play in it.

They can have my "Firefly" DVDs when they pry them from my cold, dead fingers....

Oh yeah, you, FOX TV!!

Criticize me and Powell all ya want... until you yourself get up there on 'live' radio and TALK about FF, you can shut your rukkin mouths.

I already explained the "Zoe" gaff in a previous post (yes, you do get space-brained on live radio), and I'm not going to sit here and defend why "libertarians" like the show. One of y'all pointed out that it isn't Republican, Democrat, or Libertarian... it is a bunch of people just getting along, interacting, and trying to survive.

Call it what you will, but I don't see D's or R's promoting that type of mind-set.
