Just took a trip to Whedoncom and found a link to the first 4 minutes of DRIVE. Shows Nathan driving down the highway in what looks to be a race then being interveiwed by none other than Jubal Early himself. Guess it could be called the "Objects near my Space" eps :)

Howdy LA29 :smile:

Watching this got me to thinking if any of our other BDHs will make guest appearances during the season?

Also I wonder if F*X has any idea the number of browncoats they will be attracting on the account of Nathan Fillion, Tim Minear and Mr. Early alone (sorry I don't remember the actors name)?

Any guest stars during the season, such as Alan, Adam, Jewel, Ron , Gina.....could make those numbers go even higher. It would be almost like they (F*X) were trading in a space transport for four wheels on the ground. I for one DON'T like it! Don't get me wrong. I'm really glad that Mal, Tim and Jubal will be getting a steady pay-check I just don't like the idea of what F*X is doing about it.It's like getting "pheasant under glass" for a year, then nothing, now they want to serve chicken Mcnuggets. Drive may turn out to be a GREAT show and I will watch it. But I really enjoy Si/Fi. It's what had me pick up Serenity in the first place. I dislike being toyed with.

Anybody have thoughts on this?

It's funny, but I watched the episode last night. I didn't know Drive was on so you could imagine my surprise when I turn to channel 12 and there's Nathan arguring..... well I won't spoil it. So I guesse Global got it first? It was ok, I dunno if I'll keep following it, but it was alright. And 2 hours, wasn't expecting a 2 hour pilot. Fux must really be behind this. Fancy that.
