I seem to have broken the other thread with the link (quite convenient for Siggy, who still hasn't answered whether she supports Kosovan independence), so I'll just start a new thread.

New analysis on the gunning down of protesters in 2014 implicates (shock) Yanukovich's security forces:

krappo - why do you post links when anyone can look up the info and find out you're lying?

The story didn't say the Russians did anything, only that the equipment was originally based in Kursk.

Furthermore, FROM YOUR LINK: "Two years ago, prosecutors said there were about 100 people under suspicion of direct or indirect involvement. On Thursday, Westerbeke said that number had come down to several dozen, but he declined to name them."

OBVIOUSLY, if we had believed your story from two years ago, we would have believed about 100 people were guilty, when it turns out 100-several dozen were not. And which innocent people will be further absolved as the process continues? And who will be found not guilty?

Do you think you could let an actual system of justice prevail, instead of constantly agitating for a lynching?

SECOND is a troll because it constantly misrepresents what people post, fails to address their actual positions, and resorts to personal attacks when its brain isn't working (which is most of the time).

Yeah, we're like day 200 of the Donetsk airport siege around here, maybe even later - some user accounts either deleted or mucked with, etc. Twitter says it was Kiki or Siggy's fault, and who am I to disagree with Twitter? < / joke >

BTW - Did you know that Putin has won? That the Putin Referendum, "There are no such things as facts anymore." is now a fact? So you can't really prove anything anywhere any how, not MH-17 or Ukraine *blank* - and I think it is going save us all so much time. As long as their are no methods by which to hold anyone accountable there is no accountability, and without accountability there are no Lies or Truths. So have at it! Today a little thuggery, tomorrow adopt a lost pet - no difference. Honestly, don't you feel relieved not to have to understand the difference?

And isn't it funny guys how those who practice ignorance for plausible deniability sake, Jack, or SIG who changes text ever so slightly when she posts others reporting. Or reposts what other trolls post on the internet suggesting she doesn't necessarily agree, but does find it interesting. Or kiki who like the others follow a pro Russian anti American rhetoric, cry incessantly and yell fowl when others express their disgust with them.

Speaking of updates ... I was quite amused by this series of events

[Anti-Kremlin] Russian journalist fatally shot in Ukrainian capital

Quote:

MOSCOW: Russia's embattled liberal community was reeling today from the murder of fiercely anti-Kremlin journalist Arkady Babchenko who was gunned down in Ukraine after leaving Moscow following a campaign of harassment.

A prominent Russian war correspondent, Babchenko, 41, was murdered last evening in a contract-style killing in the stairwell of his building in the Ukrainian capital Kiev where he moved last year.

He was found bleeding and died in an ambulance en route to hospital.

http://www.newindianexpress.com/world/2018/may/30/murder-of-anti-kreml
in-war-reporter-arkady-babchenko-shocks-russians-1821433.html

BUT THEN ... !!!!

Quote:

Ukraine faked murder of journalist
Arkady Babchenko sent shock waves around the world when he arrived at a news conference on Wednesday, less than 24 hours after being reported dead.

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-44307611

BECAUSE ....
Quote:

...they had mounted an elaborate sting to foil a death plot against him. The journalist, 41-year-old Arkady Babchenko, apologized to all for the deception, first and foremost to his wife, Olga. Flanked by law enforcement officials at a news conference in Kiev, he said he had agreed to pose as his own corpse to give authorities their best chance to ensnare those who wanted him dead.
http://gazette.com/ukraine-reveals-it-faked-russian-journalist-arkady-
babchenkos-death-in-sting-operation/article/feed/568417

Wait ... what?
How does THAT work?

Quote:

Authorities said they arrested one person: a Ukrainian citizen they said was recruited by Russia to find and hire a contract killer. The price for the killing was $30,000, they said, with $10,000 more going to the intermediary.

But there was no explanation as to how exactly the suspect was flushed out, or how officials thought it would prevent planned attacks against Babchenko and others from going forward.

At least I'm not the only one with that question!

As it turns out, the supposed "hired killer" was ALREADY working with Ukrainian "security services". It seems there was no "plot" to foil after all. So, why go through this charade? Some think that ...

Quote:

Ukraine - The Babchenko Hoax Was Part Of A Corporate Raid
Babchenko himself and the man who was hired to "kill" him had cooperated with the main branch of the Ukrainian national security service (SBU). The "operator", who is accused of having hired the "killer" for Russia, appeared in court. He claimed to have cooperated with the Ukrainian counter intelligence agency, which is side branch of the national security service. The accused "operator" is an executive of a private joint venture and has been under pressure over claims against his company. There are indications that the whole stunt may have been staged to get him "out of the way" to then take over the company he leads.
The suggestion is that high levels of the Ukrainian security services staged the whole affair not only to blame Russia but also for someone's personal gain.

http://www.moonofalabama.org/2018/06/ukraine-the-babchenko-hoax-was-pa
rt-of-a-corporate-raid.html

THAT makes about as much sense to me as the original "explanation". I think this was at least in part a failed "false flag" which the Ukrainian government hoped to harass Russia. NOW the Kiev government is whining that Russia is going to use Kiev's own cheap trick to discredit anything Kiev has to say.

NO!! SAY IT ISN'T SO!

*****

In any case, it makes as much sense as the Skripal poisoning, in which a deadly nerve agent that could have been manufactured "only" by Russians ... and many other nations ... was placed on the park bench ... car air vent ... in a bar ... on the front door, and took seconds ... minutes ... hours to kill ... maim ... temporarily injure the victims.

Is it just me, or are the deep-state stories just getting weirder and thinner?

Seems the Ukrainians found a novel way to bate and switch in an attempt to catch the Russian. Apparently it worked.

You missed the point of the story: It DIDN'T work. They didn't "foil any plot", they didn't "catch any perpetrators", and they didn't even create a decent "false flag" on which to "blame Russia".

All they managed to do was have to climb down from their ridiculous story, which made no sense at all, and within 24 hours reveal themselves to be incompetent liars. They are now whinging that the Russians will use Kiev's laughably bungled lying to discredit anything that Kiev might have to say in future.

Kiev has been lying for years. They routinely do the "bird with a broken wing" shtick to complain how they're so underfunded and so unsupported, facing the big evil Russian bear all by their lonesome, in order to wrest more support for their various shenanigans (such as not paying Russia the money that they owe for the gas that they use; not paying back on the $3 billion loan that Russia gave them; and constantly violating the Minsk accord). Too bad for them their Gazprom contract runs out in 2019 which is just around the corner, and Nord Stream-2 is scheduled to be completed by then. I doubt Kiev will get its contract renewed. It's going to be a long, cold winter for the people of Ukraine.

Is it just me, or are the anti-Russian stories getting more and more ridiculous?

So there are updates on blogs and twitter feeds which can be taken with a pinch of salt but if you see repeated footage from different angles on mobile cell phones broadcast on social media of Russian tanks getting blown up you can conclude Russians are losing lots of people.

They are using old Warfare Tactics against a better trained Ukraine who know their own turf and are using drones and satellites to damage a Russian Army which failed to evolve.
