"Whenever we have musicians or artists or movie stars come here to perform -- which these folks will be doing this evening for a bunch of rich people and fancy people and all of that, right -- the most fun is when we invite young people like all of you here during the day so that you get a chance to talk to these folks and learn from them."

Why even try to hide it anymore, huh Michelle ?

Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan and Natalie Cole are among those headlining a concert at the White House tonight, the second such concert held since the sequester went into effect and marking a dozen since President Barack Obama took office.

Kids from that cub scout troop from Ohio or that civics class from N. Carolina can't get into the White House, but the rich and fancy folks still have full access.

The show must go on !

12 die in D.C. shootings, and Obama doesn't care. Concert to carry on, as planned.

The " rich and fancy " need not be bothered by real world problems, going on all around them.

MLB has cancelled tonight's game between the Nationals and the Braves. Will be rescheduled for tomorrow.

I'm sure there'll be a moment of silence before the conga line begins.

The callousness and arrogance of this WH knows no equal.

Barry has decided he wants to eat his cake, no matter what !

WASHINGTON — The White House is postponing the taping of a Latin music event, citing Monday's shooting at the Washington Navy Yard.

The White House said in a statement that the decision was made out of respect for the shooting victims and their families.

Authorities say at least 12 people were killed in the shooting.

The event, which is produced by PBS, will be rescheduled. A new date was not immediately announced.

Amazing! Not 20 minutes after Dana Perino from FOX's The FIVE show commented on how surprised she was that this concert was still taking place, the event is rescheduled.

To be fair Bob Beckel asked the White Huse reporter about the party, he didn't seem happy they hadn't canceled it at that time. If they has gone thru with the party every late night comics would have ripped into him like a monkey into a cupcake. It's likely PBS and the stars asked to have the plug pulled. Mobama is likely in tears, she love dirty dancing.

This affirmative-action fraud of a president makes his typical generic emotionless statement about the deaths of 12 people, then with barely a pause of breath, proceeds to attack Republicans about the budget. The real tragedy here is that professor douchebag wasn't lecturing at the Navy yard.

"So close, and yet so far away."

Did you HEAR the exasperation in Barry's voice, when he said there was yet " ANOTHER mass shooting " ? Now, to most folks, he's showing concern at the obvious tragedy of it all. But in fact, he's showing his impatience and disdain for us plebeians, who refuse to hand in our guns and start calling for the abolishing of the 2nd Amendment, just as he's been trying to get us all to do.

Once again, like the petulant child he is, Barry starts into his " I know what's best for America " routine, even before all the facts are in.

It's something like ..." When will these hayseed bumpkins of this country ever learn and start LISTENING to what *I* say ?? "

Sorry to inconvenience you so much, Dear Fuehrer, but you get YOUR way, and such tragedies will be far more common.
