Good. Maybe instead of building ANOTHER deforesting eye-sore mega church with the attitude of "My garish alter to the allmighty dollar is bigger than yours" maybe they could use that money to actually help people.... or buy a dictionary to look up the word MEEK...Riiight....

I'm afraid my sympathy is minimal. Anyone who takes out a balloon loan is crazy, and I'll bet at least some of them did it because of banks' history of not wanting to foreclose on churches. Secondly, these weren't "bad" loans, insofar as they weren't robo-mortagages, nor from the sound of it were they churches talked into believing they could afford it. So I'll reserve the majority of my sympathy for those who REALLY were screwed...especially those who were screwed illegally.

The title makes me smile because of that scene with Mal, even though he totally misuses the word religeosity. But "sorry fuzzy wuzzies" makes me smile.
