Hello,

_____
"The sun is in a cycle of increased sun spots. This is part of an 11-year cycle that is expected to peak over the next year."
_____

It seems like just the other day, I was reading an article suggesting that we were in the midst of a lull in solar activity. Now this article suggests we are in an 11 year high.

I've got no idea what's going on up there.

Never forget what this man is. You keep forgiving him his trespasses and speak to him as though he is a reasonable human being. You keep forgetting the things he's advocated. If you respond to this man again, you are being foolish.

Extraterrestrial beings, attacking the sun with psychic mind powers so as to make the Earth easy pickings.

2008 was a lull period. The more sunspots you have, the more activity you have.

I found this article from June 2011.

This suggests that a change in activity was actually expected, but that the scientists didn't wait long enough for the new cycle of activity to express itself before declaring it was going inactive. Weird.
