I couldn't find the thread where people were debating the upside and downside of depleted uranium.

Here's a link to a short article on DU and its health risks. Not physically as artillery shells or as a radiation source, but as a toxic heavy metal.

Looking To Understand Why Sun's Corona Shines Hotter Than The Sun Itself

What do they mean by that? That it has a 'hotter' wavelength emission? Could it be that the sun is too dense for the vavicles to move around thermally, but the corona allows more freedom of movement? (typical thermal energy)
