No, not aliens. Bullets.

Apparently, there was a gun battle in Mexico, and a bullet crossed the border and struck a school.

Now the Texas governor is demanding better border security... but I'm trying to imagine how that would change the scenario.

Are we imagining gun towers on our side of the border that would fire on criminals in Mexican territory? Are we envisioning U.S. troops invading Mexico and policing their citizenry? Are we talking about a peacekeeping operation on foreign soil?

Certainly we should wish for the lawlessness on our borders to cease, but what exactly is the Texas Governor suggesting?
