The difference is that Trump promoted Dr. Ronny Lynn Jackson's career, helping him be elected to Congress. Ronny didn't get his stupid ass fired by Trump for giving away painkillers for free because Trump wanted him to do it.

There have been 317 criminal indictments under three recent Republican presidents and only three indictments under three recent Democratic presidents.
