I enjoyed this film.
Some major theater chains only allowed a 4 day run, ending before Christmas (the posters say "in theaters Christmas").

About a post-apacalyptic experience. Not really sci-fi. If there was CGI, I'm not sure where. Disaster was LA, refuge is in the Rockies.
Not an action film, but has a little action - to serve the drama.
This is Drama.

This is from Angel Studios, so I didn't expect anything like Purge. But some of those characteristics are present in people, so some of that might be addressed.
I wondered if this would be like Lord of The Flies, or Quiet Place, or Elevation, or Reign of Fire, etc.

Lots of Drama.

During the film, there were several times that I got a somewhat familiar vibe. This similarity was to Cabrini.

The pacing is not very urgent. Horizon also had multiple storylines, but it had more direction.

Turns out, this is the Pilot movie for a new series. The first episode was already available for viewing online before this film hit theaters.

In 10 days, has become 3rd biggest Box Office from Angel Studios.
