Well, considering that the "model" for John Galt was a serial killer who raped and murdered little girls for fun, I'd be surprised if anyone but you (aka blatant Auraptor sockpuppet) was slimy enough to even care.

Perhaps, maybe, you could watch some Gitmo torture-porn to jack off to instead, scumbag ?

I bought the first part on dvd, but as there was near a whole sale cast change for part 2, I lost interest. I watched it, but was less impressed. I've heard less than flattering things about part 3.

Book is always better than the movie, I suppose.

And anyone who buys into the blatant propaganda of some hyper, extreme far Left wing website w/ the mindset of the 99% thugs isn't worth anyone's time.

Yep. It was hard to figure how they even came up with a presumption of any connection. Seemed like trying to throw manure and hoping something might stick.

Never saw it showing in cinema. Finally caught it at redbox: Atlas Shrugged part III: Who is John Galt?

Another wholesale cast change, but some familiar faces added. I had hoped for a more fulfilling chapter.

I will post spoiler alert because I don't know if the film copies the book. I'm going with what I saw in film.

SPOILER ALERT

It is hard to buy that the world is as it shows - some part indicate the entire world is devolved by liberalism ( based on comments from the Pirate.)
Some parts indicate it is only America that has broken amidst liberalism.

Either way, she seems to be trying to escape her liberal roots to try to envision a conservative (actually, free enterprise) utopia. Has the world eliminated all Hitlers, Zerxes, Napoleons, Gengis Khans, Kim Jungs, Maos, Stalins, Lenins, Mussolinis, Edward Longshanks, Kaiser Wilhelms, Cynrics, Hirohitos, Putins, Bin Ladens?
The story seems to suppose that the weakening of the formerly industrious America now destroyed by liberals will not result in the overtaking by the ruthless and merciless? The liberals clearly have left the population defenseless, but there seems to be some perpetual power vacuum - and this is very hard to believe.

Anybody know if this is the same in the book?
