So apparently the unabridged version of the audiobook for World War Z is in production. Nathan Fillion is doing a chapter. I don't know if it will be entirely re-recorded, or if cut parts will be added in, or what.

Now that the Castle hiatus is in full swing (boo!), Nathan Fillion has some time to devote to some of his other projects.

Among his Stana-less endeavours, Nathan had the privilege of recording a chapter for World War Z — Max Brooks’s post-apocalyptic horror novel about the zombie war.

On Friday, Nathan posted a picture to his WhoSay account and wrote, “Just recorded a chapter of WORLD WAR Z for Max Brooks' audio book! See how thrilled I am? Can you guess which chapter?”

Any guesses on which chapter Nathan had the pleasure of recording, Castle fans? Sound off below!

"I like post-apocalyptic anything. I like the idea of, how do you make your way when the whole society collapses? World War Z makes it very, very real. It’s a really well-thought-out book.”

22 minutes from the audio book:

You don't need an army of zombies to defeat the US military, just '9 guys with boxcutters'. Thank god the UN will save US.
