Hello,

According to this article, the Republican party opposed a bill that would incentivize (sp?) the return of jobs to the U.S., while de-incentivizing the export of jobs to foreign lands. (Apparently we currently offer tax incentives for this.)

I am still trying to figure out on what basis someone would desire to oppose such a measure.

They heard Obama was in favor of it.
