Just saw Odd Thomas on redbox rental. Looks like it came out last year, not sure if it was in cinema or TV/cable.

Anton Yelsin, Patton Oswald, Willem Dafoe star. Based largely on the first book in the series. So maybe the series will continue as film.

Hard to get thru, having read the book a few times. I wonder if the film has as much impact for those who have not read the book, a lot of the story was skimmed over. From that biased perspective, it seemed to be well done.

Anybody else seen it?
