M Night is known for his twists, and spoilers would ruin the storytelling.
The various twists in the film were not shown or implied in any of the ads, trailers, or previews I have seen. What is shown in the trailers is true and accurate, no gimmick switcheroos.
The premise of the story is accurately spelled out in the ads.

Hayley Mills is in the film. She also starred in a film called The Parent Trap. Not highly relevant, but it does pop up under a search for "Trap"

One of the twists is a plot development thing, not what I expected.
One small twist was fairly obvious, I thought, and is common for the type of scene it is in.
But one key twist I didn't see coming, and maybe I should have.

I said I am not posting spoilers in this post.

However...

I might tease you, or challenge you, with one statement:

If you were to think about it while you watch, and pay attention to the clues as they are revealed, and think harder than you planned to, or more than you thought you were expected to for this film, then you might conjure the twist before it is revealed.
I think it would be possible.

1 coda, after End Credits have begun to scroll, but before cast credits start.
