The biggest difference is that Nathan seldom shows his teeth when he smiles for the camera. Roger Flambé is all teeth.

And yesh, I do see a bit of Nathan in the good knight, Roger. Especially as he tosses his shield away and gives that mischievous grin.

And the music...when he breaks out the mandolin, does sort of have a browncoaty feel to it....
