Please, please, please, please avoid reading spoilers of the movie!

I'm not gonna go as far as saying that the movie will be completely pointless if you do read spoilers but it will be a whole lot less of an experience if you do.

What little I knew of the movie was too much and I really wish I hadn't read what I did.

I promise you you'll be glad you didn't read any spoilers even if you're usually a spoilerwhore.

The only other thing I'm going to post on the movie is the fact that the movie is Joss-film, not! the same as Joss-tv, but it's still Joss.

Keep Flying

GORRAMREAVERS

One of the many reasons I love the Firefly series so much is that I had NO idea what to expect. Same goes for some of my favorite movies (fight club comes to mind). So yeah, I cant agree more HEB.

Heb, I'm right there with ya ...

Ladies and Menfolk,

I saw the film last night. Anyone who has seen Firefly has "Great Expectations" of the film and I guarantee those expectations have been met.

Even with this rough cut with the temp music and unfinished effects I am as fulfilled as I could ever have hoped and the final release version can only surpass it.

I deliberately did my best to avoid spoilers and I am much better off for doing so. If I had known what was going to happen it would still have been great but it wouldn't have had the same impact, the same weak-in-the-knees, tingling hands feeling I had last night.

This film will always rock and I look forward to seeing it many times. I am not sorry I saw it AT ALL but I'm glad I didn't know much ahead of time.

It's kind of like making love - you want your first time to be special and leave a lasting impression (at least on you if not your partner!).

You don't want the experience to lose any possible edge - which is what will happen if you know too much ahead of time.

Stay shiny!

"How drunk was I last night?"
"I dunno, I passed out"
