On the commentary for "Shindig", the writer mentions she had to make up a card game and that the rules were on Fox's Firefly website, but after looking I didn't find crap there. Is there anyone who knows where a copy of the rules for the game are?

So it is made up, huh? I haven't listened to a lot of the commentaries yet, and I wasn't sure if it was real and terribly obscure or just invented for the episode.

In any case, it hardly seems to matter, as my friends and I have proxied a deck using old Magic cards, played a number of hands, and statistically determined a rank order:

Royal Flush
Straight Flush
Five of a Kind
Flush
Four of a Kind
Full House
Straight
Three of a Kind
Two Pair
One Pair

This was determined by my friends Sean and Adam, people who are good at math. People... not me.
