At Dragon Con does membership include a free autograph of an item your bring from the guests. Or does it vary with each individual guest.

It varys for each of the guests. Some you have to pay 30 bucks for a signed picture, some 20. Some take pictures with you for free and some don't. it depends. (Ron Glass takes pictures for free and autographs for $20.00)
