"Tsunami: The Aftermath"

I do not get HBO, please let me know how it goes.
It also includes Sophie Okonedo, Toni Collette, Hugh Bonneville, and Tim Roth.

The reviewer writes: "The miniseries features no big names, unless you go gaga over Tim Roth and Toni Collette. There are also no American actors."

Okay, "...who?" and "Is that a bad thing?" are my thoughts on that paragraph.

He seems somewhat disappointed that the disaster movies coming out are no longer funny and star studded "Distaster movies are still a TV staple, but these days they're bereft of wit, winks, and wiliness. They're pure horror films."
The rest of the review continues along the same lines.

So it's not a light hearted romp through human suffering, is that bad? Maybe I wasn't reading the review correctly and missed the gist of what he was trying to convey.

Skip the review. Watch the movie for good acting. Decide for yourself.
