Great article. Thanks for sharing it!

I marvel at his experiences with courtesy in LA, at least I imagine it must be LA since he lives there & he used the example of grocery shopping. I always try to show courtesy to others, holding open doors, allowing people with a handful of items to go ahead of me, etc. Perhaps it is my Southern upbringing, but that is how things are here. Maybe it is just big city living that Nathan is experiencing.
