Serenity showings after the DVD release!! Serenity made it to the New Year! Happy New Year Everyone!

Check your theaters and newspapers and other online sites for Serenity showings. There may be
more showings then there are on the IMDB US map. For example: Theaters with the word brew/draft/pub in their names. Beer theaters love Serenity or maybe they love Browncoats!
Drop some hints!!!

How many Browncoats do you know in the UK?

Do you have second run theaters or beer/pizza theaters? Or theaters who control what movies they show and can bring Serenity back if you have enough people to convince them it is worth their while.

"Clearinghouse for discussion of holding benefit screenings of Joss Whedon's Serenity (or, for that matter, episodes of Firefly) beginning in 2006.

Both individual stand-alone benefits for various charities and a proposal for multiple same-day screenings across the country to benefit Equality Now will be discussed.

Wherever you're located, if you're interested in trying to do a benefit screening sometime next year, please join the discussion here.

"Benefit" should be taken two ways: These screenings literally will benefit charity, but in addition we will benefit from getting to see the movie on the big screen again. "
