Only the lower count theaters will have dropped it. This is not a disaster, a theater drop was expected. The BDM is still out there and we need to get people to see it (thus encouraging the remaining theaters to hold onto it a bit longer). We do well this weekend, it will count for a lot.

well the first week was 2188
second week was 2189
so really, going to 1700 isn't that bad...
we can still make some serious money,
and keep growning an audience,
with 1700 screens.

I'm actually pretty happy to hear that we weren't dropped from more than that.

Somewhere I heard that the biggest danger would be Oct 21st,
but if we keep up into the top ten then I think we could go into November with still a decent number of theaters showing the BDM
