I don't know if anybody saw this. I found this at CNN.COM. A short article about fans trying to save Firefly and Birds of Prey.

The effort certainly is getting allot of attention, you'd think someone would take notice.

Keep Flying.

I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

Did you read the article? An anonymous executive says something to the effect of: It's nice they're trying to save the show, but where were they in October?

I sure hope this wasn't a FOX executive, 'cause I know where I was in October:

1) Avoiding baseball.

2) Just getting a clue that there WAS a show called Firefly.

Ye gads! Was this statememnt a case of hypocracy or stupidity?

It's ridiculous to expect people to spend time and money deluging network executives after the first episode of every new show they like that doesn't make the Top 20. The fans are on the internet immediately, and execs could gauge interest levels there if they'd look.

I also don't know why the article had to call dedicated fans "rabid." Just one more put-down.
