I'm trying to put together the paramedic outift from the episode "Ariel". Can someone get me a high quality picture of the patch on the vest/hat and of one of the identification badges?

I figure I can make my own badge if I have something to go from, and I'm planning on getting the patches custom made.

Please email the pics to slayer730@hotmail.com or post them here.

Thanks!

SOUPCATCHER

They're not really hi-res, but the screencaps over at Can't Take the Sky will at least give you the general idea:

It looks like a modified caduceus without the wings. One snake in black, one snake in white, and the staff some shade of green.

There's also characters on the patches. It looks like the same characters, just different placement (on the top for the right and left shoulder and the hat, on the bottom for the back, and not sure if it's present for the right breast pocket - but if it is it's on the top).

Here's some specific pics (just plug the imagenames in at the end of the following url)

back: ariel215.jpg
right breast pocket: ariel226.jpg
hat: ariel250.jpg
left shoulder: ariel267.jpg
right shoulder: ariel417.jpg (looks same as left)

A decent view of the characters is from the left shoulder patch picture (ariel267.jpg).

Good luck! Great project and please post pictures when you get the whole thing done .

Editted to add: According to Ying's Pinyinary, the characters stand for paramedic:

FIREFLYGAL

Hey Slayer, that'll be a great costume! Instead of custom making the patch (unless it's cheap) may I suggest painting your own? If you or someone you know has some artistic talent it will look great. I had a friend paint his own Enterprise patch for his costume and people thought it was bought. Course he has considerable artistic talent.

I aim to misbehave!
