I've never seen him this fired up before, and he's a guy who I'm pretty sure has a resting heartbeat of 120.

He's still a delusional idiot and won't admit that half of the problems we have in the world today are due to what was done to achieve Bill Clinton's temporary balanced budget and the temporary booming economy we all were lucky enough to enjoy there for the short while it lasted until it's very inevitable conclusion.
