I'm getting really tired of clickbait bullshit on YouTube right now

I spoke directly to Ted about it in one or two threads here because of the clickbait he constantly posts coming from his "side" of things, but it's out of control on the other "side" as well.

I think everybody just needs to chill out and wait until the first debate and not take anything out of the media seriously until then. The Legacy Media is doing a complete blackout on any meaningful interviews from Kamala or Walz, and has done everything they can to memory hole all both of their extreme Alt-Left positions, as well as memory holing all of the negative articles they wrote about Kamala over the last 4 years. They've also done a complete blackout on covering anything that Trump says after memory holing the assassination attempt that happened not even a month ago. They are not serious about this at all.

And because there's no news of substance to report on right now, the YouTubers on both "sides" who need those clicks and that ad revenue to pay their bills have devolved into bullshit video titles with bullshit clickbait thumbnails that make claims about stuff that isn't even happening. Some of them doing this 4 or 5 times per day.

Based off of my view history, I can't even tell you how many times per day now I see things like "This ended Kamala's run", or "Kamala's political career destroyed after this", or "Walz forced to drop out after this"...

And then you watch a video with a bunch of nothingburgers in it.

And I know that based off of the other "side"'s viewing history they're getting a bunch of the same about Trump and Vance.

I was ignoring it for a few days at first, then I started commenting to the creators that they were going to lose my subscription for a few days after that. Of course, those comments go ignored, so now I just outright block the channels that do it by using YT's abililty to prevent those channels from ever showing up in my feed again.

I suggest everybody do the same.

Twitter seems to have got more free since Musk took over but also more crazy

Its been happening since Bush and the Patriot Act and everyone called racist under the Obama Admin.
ironically sites in 'Asia' such as Tik-Tok might be more free than Western media
Alos there are canary in the Coal Mine events, first they had fakje copyright strikes Channel Awesome the Glasses...even Rick Beato got copyright strikes and he does no politics just music analysis, then they would come for conspiracy bloggers PirateNews, Steven Crowder, David Icke, the Alex Jones weirdos I don't support any but if you want to talk free speech these people are part of it and the Logan Paul 'Tokyo Adventures' incident as a warning of things to come...ganmer channels were next Gamergate, Comicsgate, the Feminism Tranny thing, FaZe Rug...One America News Network ban an entire media newtork because you questioned the Booster Shots....once they banned Trump they proved they can ban anyone.

It's the same on Rumble and Bitchute too. How do I know this? Because the same people doing it on YouTube right now have accounts on Rumble and Bitchute and they're uploading the same videos on Rumble and Bitchute.

No. What I'm talking about has started happening in the last 2 weeks.

There's always been clickbait. EVERYWHERE. But it's been amped up to 1000 over the last few weeks. Specifically regarding the two candidates for President and their VP picks. It's content creators with nothing to report so they're making up a bunch of bullshit to keep views up and keep that ad money rolling in.

I'm not talking about Logan Paul or Mr. Beast or any of that other bullshit.

Every single YouTube video that Ted has posted in the last 2 weeks has the same bullshit video titles I'm seeing for Harris and Walz, just with the names switched. And you know the type of thumbnails I'm talking about. Unflattering pictures of the person in the title with an arrow pointed at them and either red or yellow text on the image saying something like "you won't believe what they said", or "career over" or "this is the end", or something along those lines.

And until I started blocking all the channels doing it, including people I used to subscribe to, my feed was full of them every day.
