I have heard numerous discussions of how the Election might end up in an Electoral Tie.

Heard an interview with this clown, claiming to be some election expert:
https://ryangirdusky.com/newsletter/

He said that if the House were to elect the President, the outcome would depend upon some "battlegraound" states, and mentioned AZ, PA, WI, MI, GA, and maybe others. He admitted the House delegations would be in the next Congress, those elected in November - and that the delegations would be 50, 1 delegation per state, and only one vote per delegation.

The way I read the 12th Amendment, one candidate would need to garner either 26 or 25 votes ("a majority of the total"). I have not found legal discussion about which of those 2 numbers is accurate.
But, absolutely, currently Democraps do not have more than 22.

Here is a list of the delegations, from likely Republican and most heavily favored:

OK 5. 5R. +3
AR 4. 4R. +2
UT 4. 4R. +2
IA 4. 4R. +2
NE 3. 3R. +2
MT 2. 2R. +1
WV 2. 2R. +1
ID 2. 2R. +1
8R.

TX 38. 13D,25R. +6
FL 28. 8D,20R. +6
TN 9. 1D,8R. +4
OH 15. 5D,10R. +3
IN 9. 2D,7R. +3
AL 7. 1D,6R. +3
SC 7. 1D,6R. +3
8+7= 15R.

GA 14. 5D,9R. +2
AZ 9. 3D,6R. +2
KY 6. 1D,5R. +2
LA 6. 1D,5R. +2
MO 8. 2D,6R. +2
WI 8. 2D,6R. +2
15+6= 21R.

KS 4. 1D,3R. +1
MS 4. 1D,3R. +1
21+2= 23R.

ND 1. 1R.
SD 1. 1R.
WY 1. 1R.
23+3= 26R.

26R, 22D.

The 26 above are currently GOP majority, which might give 26 votes for the GOP candidate.

He thinks WI or GA. Or AZ will flip 2 seats, to tie WI or GA (subtracting from the 26 for GOP), or flipping AZ to majority Democrap.

WI and GA = 24R, 22D.
WI flipping 2 Seats from R to D? NOPE.

I'll need to look at which 2 seats in AZ or GA might be ripe for flipping, but that is a load of work to do. (Dems stealing 2 seats in any of those states).

The only viable concern not already mentioned that I see would be Montana, maybe flipping 1 seat to tie and neutralize that delegation.

AK 1. 1D.

NC 14. 7D,7R.
PA 17. 9D,8R.
MI 13. 7D,6R.
MN 8. 4D,4R.

His claims of PA, Mi, or NC having any bearing are somewhat baseless. They already are not part of the 26 winning delegation votes.
