Larry Sinclair was leading a private and silent life until September of 2004. That year, sitting on his
couch in Mexico, he says he turned on his television set and began watching what appeared to be the
democratic national convention of that year.

Then, suddenly, a man he recognized, a man he says he had not only met, but with whom he had had
drug transactions and a two-time, gay-sex encounter with was the person on the television addressing
the convention.

This man, Sinclair says, was at that time, Illinois State Senator Barack Obama — the man who will
later become President of the United States. As Obama lectured the audience at the convention,
Sinclair says he had no doubts about the speaker’s identity. He immediately recalled his affair with the
man while watching him speak.

The man on the television broadcast was just another fallible politician, so Sinclair said he thought at
the time. He says it was not until 2007, as Obama became presidential material, that he resolved to go
public about the drug deal and illegal relationship he had had with Obama in Chicago in 1999.

Why he decided to go public is part of the theme of this interview. Since coming out with the revelations
of that relationship with Obama, Sinclair says he has been the subject of attacks, blackmail and
ridicule.

As if that were not enough, there is ample evidence that agents from some political quarters have
continued to fight relentlessly to kill the story. The story, however, has refused to die. Sinclair has now
written a book in which he paints the picture of the incident.

This story is very important and timely because a few weeks ago, a number of women made
unsubstantiated harassment allegations against Herman Cain. The media ran with the stories even
when it was increasingly becoming very evident that the allegations had no legs. The uproar caused
some character assassination for Cain and ultimately halted his campaign for president.

Right now, the same media wants the public to believe that Newt Gingrich is not good material for the
Presidency because of his past infidelities. If this argument is good for Cain and Newt, why isn’t the
media holding President Obama to the same standard by demanding that he defends the allegations
of drug deals and infidelity being levied against him by Larry Sinclair?

When Obama ran for president, Sinclair says the candidate’s surrogates successfully stifled
discussion on the subject. It is our hope in printing this interview that it will spur on that discussion, if
not at the national level, at least here in the Granite State. After all, the Granite State makes up an
integral part of the electorate.

It is important that the Obama campaign comes out and tells the American people what is known or
unknown about the allegations that Larry Sinclair has made against Obama for all intents and
purposes.

We are not by any means attempting to suggest here that what Larry Sinclair has told us is the gospel
truth. We’re not in a place to make that judgment. As you read the interview and make your own
research, it is incumbent upon you to arrive at your own conclusions. That’s why we chose a Q&A
format for the story.

In that part of the interview, we confronted Larry Sinclair with questions surrounding his own past life,
one littered in criminalities. This is the main charge the media has trumped up to discredit his

Herald: Larry, it’s only recently we learned
about your story. It’s very surprising that no
major media has done much about it. I
watched your National Press Club interview
online. Was that in 2008?

Larry: Yes. It was on June 18, 2008.
Herald: Since then, what is new about the
revelations?

Larry: A lot has transpired in the fact that
one of the journalists at the press
conference in 2008 by the name of Wayne
Madsen; he’s been in journalism in
Washington DC for quite some time. And he’
s a former Navy intelligence. He is one of the
journalists that after the press conference
started writing articles similar to those of the
Politico.

But he had contacted me in 2009/2010 and
started telling me he has changed his mind
and started believing everything I had said.
