Weird - I didn't see anywhere in there where they charged his account $999,999,449.00 - I saw where someone tried to charge $709.00 on his account, but where's the other $999,998,740.00?

Are you exaggerating your claims again?

The "On Fire" Economy -
The Dow closed at 10,587.60 on January 20, 2001, the day GW Bush took office. Eight years later, it closed below 8000 on the day he left office - a net loss of 25%. That's what conservatives call an economic "success".

As of this morning there has been a total of $999,999,449 attempted to be charged to that account. I closed it early yesterday and my bank is tracking the additional charges.

The $700 was yesterday, that one he is disputing with his bank by stopping payment.

We do that fairly often with our bank, when companies "slam" us with overcharges by contract fraud. In extreme cases we close the account.

The typical hacking scam got me several times on myspace. VERY sneaky.

WARNING: PHISH SPAMMERS STEAL MYSPACE PASSWORDS USING OFFICIAL MYSPACE WEBPAGES!!!

BEWARE "ADD COMMENTS" OR "ADD FRIEND" THAT "REQUIRE" NEW LOGIN...

CORRECT LOGIN PAGES:
www.myspace.com/
login.myspace.com/

Look at these screen shots for examples. in these two cases, the spammer used a myspace profile (so the link still says myspace), but its not the login.myspace page - its a profile page with code in it made to look like a login page.

PHISH LOGIN PAGES:

profile.myspace.com/friend.id=123456789

http://x.myspace.com/images/blog/TomBlogPhisherProfile.JPG
www.myspace.com/123

x.myspace.com/images/blog/TomBlogBasicPhishingSite.jpg
123.123.123.123/login.myspace.com

You may be looking at these and thinking how can i ever tell the differece btween the real
login.myspace.com page and one of these fakes? its a subtle difference! answer:

NEVER login on this page.

if you are logged out of myspace, just type
www.myspace.com
yourself, and then you'll know the login page is real!!
