...if you don't have ten minutes, but I would try to find it, it's fairly interesting the rest of the time...

I have this feeling if we ever were to get interstellar travel, we'd have to stop when we entered each solar system and hear "Loading, please wait"

Neat, Wish. The thing about the sky makes me sad; sleeping outdoors I've been real aware of it. What I used to be able to see, even this close to the City, was beautiful. Now I think in terms of "yeah, stars, 'dozens and dozens' of 'em...sigh..." I know that even when I go up to the Sierras and marvel at the night sky, there was a lot more to see when I went up there forty years ago. It's very sad.

Mind blown now. Thanks.

I remember seeing the Milky Way for the first time w/ my naked eye, out in the Caribbean. It was breathtaking. Need to go back, now that I think of it.

Sad that folks called to report 'strange lights in the sky ' when the power went out in LA. I'd like to think that, soon, we can develop and USE light systems that don't flood the sky w/ so much light pollution. Seems like a simple and reasonable thing to do, right ?

Fathom the hypocrisy of a government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured... but not everyone must prove they are a citizen

Thanks for that image...

You know what's sad? Next year me and the ol' man will be married 15 years. We've yet to have a decent vacation to anywhere even remotely fun. Day trips is all my generation gets, and some don't get to do THAT.
Least we got married in Vegas, I guess that's somethin'...

Oh, yeah... I see my mental typo... I meant naked EYE, out in the Caribbean. Not..well, never mind. Get yourself to St. Somewhere, and check out the skies, if ya get a chance.

Been to Vegas twice. Wish I'd have gone when I was younger, but I suppose I'd have done some real damage. Fun place, though. Something is always goin' on there.
