I came out with Ron Paul (surprise). But I picked Obama's position on 3 whole issues (real surprise). Interesting. And agreed with Romney on two (flabbergasted).

On some issues, all choices offered were way too conservative for me. I guess no one running is as liberal as I am.

GEEZER

Keep the Shiny side up

I came up with:
1. Romney
2. Huntsman
3. Obama

Unfortunately, I had to settle on a lot of questions, because none of the possible responses was what I'd like to see.

Freedom is Important because People are Important

Hello,

These tests often produce unexpected results.

I think there are two reasons for this.

1) It rates all positions equally. But it is possible to care about different positions unequally. You might agree with Candidate X 9 out of 10 times, but the 10th position may be the one that you care about the most, and you may be willing to sacrifice 9 things to get the 10th..

2) It rates positions, but not confidence. If you have no confidence in Candidate X's commitment to a stated position, then it doesn't matter what his position is.

Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...

I agree, Anthony. Plus I didn't like any of the choices provided for some of the questions. It's too black and white and there are too many shades of grey in reality.

I got Obama, Gingrich, Huntsman, but like you said, it doesn't reflect their actual commitment...or what they might say just to get elected.

America loves a winner!

Huh.
