Well, if you bring David Carradine into the equation . . . and you really must . . . and it happens it threes, then MJ is the first of the NEXT round. Could there be two more? Not that I want or wish that to happen, mind you.

John Lennon....

And Yoko is still here....

Now we got Ed, David, Michael, and probably one of my personal childhood heroes.... Patrick Swazye.

"I feel her breath in my face....

Her body close to me...

Can't look in her eyes....

She's out of my league....

Just a fool to believe I have anything she needs...

She's like the wind."

Seriously God. Can't Spencer Pratt have a seizure or something? You don't have to kill him or anything... just make sure he can't pleasure Heidi anymore. She's way to good for him and needs an intervention.

Not true man....

Just pair one of your geniuses like your Stephen Hawking and the unstoppable beauty of Heidi and you got someone who will grow up to be a President so smooth they'd make O'Bama look like Kevin Spacey's mom on "The Ref".

I don't care what you've heard. If you see Heidi's video for Blackout, you're totally gay if you're a dude and can't seriously appreciate the good things that Heidi has to offer over the bad.

She's young and she's dumb. All the qualities that most early 20 something celebrities have.

When I was 19, I didn't know how to do my own laundry. I even messed up cooking a lady friend of mine's Mac & Cheese when she came over to show me how to do laundry. I can't judge some kid's choices or soundbytes when I know I said and did so much stupid shit when I was that age.

Heid FTW! (F the World!)

Perhaps the case could be made for Carradine having added up to 3 all by himself.

And speaking of growing old...who the hell are Spencer and Heidi?

Spencer is a Prat

Heidi is, unfortunately a Montag, which my brother says is German for Monday. Monday's suck.

I'm turning 30 in 2 months and I thought I was old.

Heidi is just about the hottest girl ever (thanks no doubt to modern science in the body altering and cosmetic department). She won't get naked until she's 38 or so like Aniston did, but she's making plenty of money doing softcore porn disguised as MTV videos, supposedly filmed by her douche husband.

She's a douche too, but when I look around and 99% of the population doesn't even come remotely close to matching her beauty, I think... scientifically speaking, that the world could use a little more Heidi Montag in the gene pool.

And while I'm at it.... WTF didn't Sharon Stone
have about 20 kids?

But the ugly and the idiots keep procreating and all we're left with is Idioacracy.

Okay...I'll have to take your word for it about Spencer...but having done a little research (roughly equivalent to 3 cup sizes), I now understand that Heidi is easy enough on the eyes...though - her 2 prominent talents notwithstanding - I think she's gotten all the "skinny" she needs to get. (Yeah, I know - by prevailing fashion standards she's still got at least 20 pounds to go...)

20 pounds nothing...

Heidi couldn't possibly do anything to look better.

I'm surprised you didn't complain that she wasn't too thin already, actually.

I think some of the best "artists" on youtube are about 2.5 stars. They're the ones that don't suck enough to get zero stars and don't have enough corporate or corporate sluts behind them to make them have 5 star ratings. I'm sure Howard Stern would get 2.5 ratings in his day too.

The ones who interest me are the ones who have as many against them as they do for them.

Too hated and nothing good gets done....

Too liked and so many bad things can be done in the name of good...

In a right-thinking world, if MJ has to be dead, then NP has to quit politics and go to work as a greeter at WalMartâ„¢.

People die. It's gonna happen. No heartfelt plea is going to stop it, ever.
At least we can take a small bit of comfort in knowing that, by and large, their best years were far behind them. (I'm sorry, but none of the recently departed have produced anything I've been personally attached to in recent memory.) Most of them had their heyday twenty-some years ago. Jackson, in particular, has spent the last decade or so being more of a joke than a legend. Death has allowed us to focus more on the legend rather than the joke, so I can take that as a positive.
Honor them? Great, do that. But please don't cry over it too much. Save that for the artists in their prime, still producing things of great value and possibly even substance. When they go (as they so often and sadly do) I wouldn't object to crying and screaming of infant proportions. But don't cry over these guys. Hell, this might be one of the few times there's actually been a trifecta of older celebs dying; seems like usually it's artists in their twenties or early thirties. They lived and they produced great things and they declined and they died in more or less the natural order.

Death watch is on for Walter Cronkite. He's in his 90's and has made contributions to our society for decades. I watched him every night on the news. Even after he "retired" he kept putting out quality programs.
Most recently he helped put together a kids program about the history of America & played the voice of Ben Franklin. My kids loved that cartoon! So even though they don't realize it, he's touched their lives too.
Yep, of all the celebrity deaths, Cronkite is gonna hurt the worst IMO.

Day late an'a dollar short...Story of my ruttin' life!

Relax a li'l bit, Jayne; you've got your picks in the celebrity death pool, and I've got mine. Not seein' eye to eye on some of 'em don't mean we ain't still Browncoats, y'see.

As for the cursing addiction, I've got it, too. I've tried to kick it, but it's a goddam motherfucker of a bitch.

I hear ya, man...
I just didn't want to come off as a troll, you know? Sometimes I have a tendency to go blastin with the shotgun when it aint needed or appropriate. Trouble is, I don't always recognize the nature of the situation...an I piss people off or hurt their feelings without meaning to. An relaxing is not one of my finer skills (as you may have realized)...but thanks for the thought.

We are still all Browncoats, after all.

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." -- William Casey, Reagan's presidential campaign manager & CIA Director (from first staff meeting in 1981)

And now former SecDef Robert McNamara, quite possibly THE WORST Secretary of Defense in U.S. History, has died.

Now THAT is cause for celebration. Good riddance, you miserable asswipe. You got a lot of good men killed.
