Always wrong loser Trump loses again. I have a question. The federal government employs around 3 million people. After the way they have been treated, and the way they continue to be treated by this administration, how many will vote republican in the foreseeable future? Huh, any takers.

Can you say, impeached again?

Supreme Court won't lift lower court order unfreezing $2 billion in foreign aid

Washington — The Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to halt a lower court order that required the Trump administration to unfreeze nearly $2 billion in foreign-aid funding, clearing the way for the money to flow to groups that have done work for the State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development overseas.

Trump’s attack on USAID hits a snag because of a stupid mistake by his legal team.

On Wednesday morning, the Supreme Court handed down a very brief order that effectively requires the government to pay foreign aid contractors for work they’ve already completed.

The Trump administration’s suspension of USAID funding was illegally arbitrary because the administration has not “offered any explanation for why a blanket suspension of all congressionally appropriated foreign aid was a rational precursor to reviewing programs” for inefficiency or noncompliance with Trump’s policy goals.

Lawyers challenging DOGE legality make new filing citing Trump comments on Musk leadership

Trump's habit of saying Musk is in charge of the group has created legal headaches for his administration, which has repeatedly said the Tesla CEO is NOT leading DOGE.

Trump's comment during his address that DOGE "is headed by Elon Musk, who is in the gallery tonight" has already landed in federal court. This new filing requests that the judge weigh Trump's words as she rules on a request that Musk and others sit for a deposition in the case.

The actual 'biggest Ponzi scheme of all time'

March 06, 2025

Trump’s new cryptocurrency, “$Trump,” soared and then crashed, just like every other Ponzi scheme. It generated enormous profits for insiders like Trump, but a cumulative $2 billion in losses for more than 800,000 other investors.

Trump claims ignorance. “I don’t know if it benefited” me, he said. “I don’t know much about it.” (The Trump family and its business partners earned nearly $100 million in trading fees alone on the coin.)

Musk has been promoting “dogecoin” since 2019. In the days following Trump’s announcement of the launch of Musk’s so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the value of dogecoin soared over 70 percent. Since then, it’s dropped like a rock. Another classic Ponzi scheme.

With Trump now in office, crypto is back to its Ponzi ways. It’s emerging from a four-year federal crackdown on crypto fraud, market manipulation, and other scams following the collapse of Sam Bankman-Fried’s crypto exchange FTX in 2022 — one of the biggest Ponzi schemes in recent memory.

Tomorrow, Trump is even holding a “crypto summit” at which he’ll promote the idea of a federal crypto reserve that will give crypto schemes a temporary boost by increasing demand for them.

But why should American taxpayers foot the bill for a crypto reserve? The most obvious winner will be Trump, whose own crypto venture carries millions of dollars in tokens that are to be included in the reserve.

From the Berghof to the Oval Office

Notes on the most shameful day in the history of the American Republic

By Claire Berlinski | Mar 01, 2025

. . . The year was 1938. The visitor was the chancellor of Austria, Kurt Schuschnigg. The bully was Adolf Hitler. The place was the Berghof, Hitler’s alpine retreat. Hoping to achieve a peaceful settlement with Hitler, Schuschnigg had agreed to a face-to-face meeting, arranged by the former ambassador to Austria, Franz von Papen. The meeting was a disaster. . . .

I believe what we saw earlier today in the Oval Office was the single most shameful moment in American history. There have of course been other shameful moments. We have betrayed our allies before. But never before have we done it while bullying and humiliating them in front of the entire world because we thought it would make “good television.” Never before have we turned the Oval Office into a spectacle so classless that even Tony Soprano would have vomited to see it. Never before have we done this for no reason but the benefit and pleasure of the murderous enemy of the United States who is chortling and dangling our president’s puppet strings. Never before have our leaders appeared so indescribably ignorant, so galactically self-absorbed, so petty and petulant, so obviously and dangerously unfit and unstable, so preposterous, and so menacing. Never before have they publicly betrayed us, declaring, before our eyes, their allegiance to an enemy who has been working incessantly to discredit our form of governance, reduce our power to insignificance, set us at each other’s throats, and murder us. Trump declared his allegiance to Putin publicly while his repulsive sidekick smirked and preened, and not one person in that room had the guts to say, “That’s enough, assholes. This is the People’s house.”

I have been trembling with anger at those despicable thugs since I saw that. Enough of apologizing for them, of equivocating, of normalizing this in any way. They are thugs. They are traitors. The whole world saw it. So did we.

The scene instantly evoked the meeting in the Berghof, and there is no reason to believe that their proud stupidity, vanity, and cruelty has a limit. They are not whatsoever constrained by considerations of decency, or the American interest. What we just saw is enough to know: Anything is possible.

The cowardice and dereliction of duty of the many, many Americans who have led us to this moment will never be forgiven. Every single worm responsible will live with the shame of this day—and this won’t be the last day we’re introduced to new depths of shame.

Destroying America is the only thing they will ever be known for, but they will be known for it for a very long time.

That's not how math works, asshole. If there was a four-year federal crackdown on crypto fraud up until now, than SBF wouldn't have been able to fleece people out of $8 Billion to give directly to the Democratic Party.

SBF didn't even START having problems until NOVEMBER OF 2022.

Hey Ted.

Don't forget that you brought this one up when Trump wins on appeal and/or it goes to the Supreme Court and you lose.

I wanted to remind you because you always forget to follow up on any of this.

How do I know this? Because if you looked at Trump's track record in ALL of his cases over the last 8 years AFTER the Legacy Media and your clickbait farm stops talking about them, and you understood what his real record actually is, you wouldn't keep foolishly posting all of your clickbait every day and adding another tree ring to what is now going on a 7 year-long chronological layout of all the times your party's tricks backfired on them and that Trump won.

And if we ever saw you mature to that point, you might even begin to understand just why it is that in CNN's most recent poll that the Democratic Party only has 29% approval, while the Republicans have 36%.

CNN's poll. Is showing that Republicans have more support from their viewers than Democrats do in 2025.

Don't take my word for it...

https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/16/politics/cnn-poll-democrats/index.html

Things are so, so, so, so much worse for you than you believe they are. You just haven't figured that out yet.

And they don't need to be at all. Things are only bad for you because you've made your politics your identity, and you're subconsciously fighting for your very existence right now, believing that you're under attack every day. You're not. And I would guaranty you that you could stop watching the news today and not pay attention for a single year and nothing is going to be any different than if you keep doing what you're doing to yourself... except you might not end up having a stroke which you very well might otherwise suffer at your age. Maybe you'd even pick up a constructive hobby or two.

You need to get on one of those life rafts and preserve what's left of your sanity before you find yourself going down with the ship. Break your mind free of the Democratic Party shackles of mental slavery while you still can.

I know you think of me as your enemy. And despite all the times you've called me a Nazi or worse, and all of the awful shit I've thrown back at you, I can assure you that you're not my enemy. I don't think about you one second of the day when I'm not here typing something in reply to you. You are meaningless.

... and I would hope that you can get yourself to the place where you realize that I'm just as meaningless to you as you are to me.

None of this shit really matters man. Not enough to cut your life or quality of it short by giving yourself a stroke over all this bullshit.

Just let it go. Let the kids save the world. You've done your part.

Enjoy them retirement checks. Hopefully they're still around when I need them. I'll figure something out if they aren't. No reason to worry about it today.

Judge finds Musk and DOGE's shutdown of USAID likely unconstitutional

Washington — A federal judge on Tuesday found that Elon Musk and the White House's Department of Government Efficiency likely violated the Constitution when they unilaterally acted to shut down the U.S. Agency for International Development.

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled in favor of a group of more than two dozen unnamed current and former USAID employees and contractors who had challenged the efforts to shutter USAID, which were mounted by DOGE and Musk, a senior White House adviser who President Trump has said is the leader of the task force.

Chuang granted in part their request for a preliminary injunction and said in a 68-page decision that DOGE and Musk likely violated the Constitution's Appointments Clause and separation of powers.

He ordered Musk and task force employees to reinstate access to email, payment and other electronic systems to all current USAID employees and personal services contractors. The judge also prevented DOGE and Musk from taking any action relating to the shutdown of USAID, including placing employees on administrative leave, firing USAID workers, closing its buildings, bureaus or offices, and deleting the contents of its websites or collections.

Excellent.

We'll weed out all of the bad actors and the Supreme Court should be able to make all of this the law of the land going forward in record time.

If Democrats were smart, they'd be slow-walking all of this stuff for at least the next 2 years if they can't manage to show any real impulse control.

But that's not what Democrats do. They're the party if empty platitudes and immediate self-gratification.

Trump knows this, and he's manipulating the hell out of all of you.

Go back through your thread, case by case, and do the follow ups on all of them that your clickbait farms never bother doing.

Once these cases get an appeal hearing that isn't in a 99% Democratic Voting district with Obama/Biden*/Clinton planted judges, Trump has nearly a 100% record winning these cases on the back-end where it matters.

Hey Jack, just because Musk and Trump are doing all they can to undermine our democratic institutions, the policies and laws remain the policies and law. Locking a door doesn't change that.

Nobody cares about your activist judges.

Trump wins 99 out of 100 of these on appeal and the best ones get kicked up to the Supreme Court where they become law going forward.

Thank you for your cooperation in getting things expedited Democrats.

LOL... somehow I missed this gem.

99% of government employees vote Democrat because it is in their best interest to.

There will be no loss of votes for Trump when a Democrat government employee loses their job.

The Supreme Court does not write law. They only interpret it. In the United States, the United States Congress, specifically the House of Representatives and the Senate, is the lawmaking branch of the federal government, meaning they are responsible for writing and debating laws.

Apparently, you don't know this. If you did, you'd realize the laws congress write and wrote, and pass into law, show their intentions and that is what the Supreme court interprets. The intentions behind the law. And, can the president ignore them. Since the congress is an equal branch of the government the President can't ignore the law.

Exactly.

And they're going to interpret it the correct way. Just like all of the appellate judges below them have on 99% of the cases you've brought up so far in this thread that haven't made their way up to the Supreme Court.

Your cases are all brought up by activists of a failed regime, and the instances that any superior courts ever sided with them are so rare after the course going on 9 years now that you would have to do a ton of digging to even find 3 of them to bring back into this thread.

Consider yourself lucky that a lot of this judicial activism is getting shot down in these lower-level federal courts and they aren't all making it up to the Supreme Court. This is all still creating mountains of precedent against things Democrats want to do, but they don't hold as much meaning as if they were ruled properly against by the Supreme Court.

In the meantime, I suggest you take a few days off to just go back to the beginning of your little thread here and look over all of these cases for yourself and what happened after the Legacy Media stopped talking about them.

I've already told you what you'll find.

Prove me wrong or shut the fuck up.

Given the proclivity of Republican politicians to deride the federal government and the bureaucrats that fill its ranks, it stands to reason Democrats would be more likely to seek out Uncle Sam for employment.

And that is true. But only barely.

In a recent survey conducted by Government Business Council, the research arm of government and the bureaucrats that fill its ranks, it stands to reason Democrats would be more likely to seek out Uncle Sam for employment.

And that is true. But only barely.

In a recent survey conducted by Government Business Council, the research arm of Government Executive Media Group, 44 percent of respondents identified as Democrats or Democratic-leaning independents, while 40 percent identified as Republicans or Republican-leaning independents. The remaining respondents were undecided or did not identify with either party, though a plurality of them said they were “conservatives.”

You keep explaining yourself.

Government employees are 90% Democrat voters. I don't give a shit what this government funded government poll that nobody EVER ran before says all of the sudden. That's just the Democrats trying desperately to shift the narrative again, and it will fail just like everything else they do.

Also, I don't know a single person who works for the government, so I really, really don't care.

Keep crying for all those people you'll never meet, and wonder why your party is dead and won't come back.

Judge bars Musk's DOGE team from Social Security records in scathing ruling

A federal judge Thursday issued a temporary restraining order barring Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency team from getting access to personally identifiable information from the Social Security Administration.

Judge Ellen Lipton Hollander accused DOGE of launching a "fishing expedition" at the Social Security agency and failing to provide any reason why it needed to access vast swaths of Americans' personal and private data.

"The defense does not appear to share a privacy concern for the millions of Americans whose SSA records were made available to the DOGE affiliates, without their consent," the judge wrote.

Judge Rules Trump’s Firing Unconstitutional

A federal judge has declared President Donald Trump’s removal of FLRA member Susan Tsui Grundmann unconstitutional, describing the firing as a clear violation of federal law. Judge Sparkle Sooknanan has ordered Grundmann’s reinstatement, citing the lack of due process and Congress’s authority in establishing protections for independent officials.

Sooknanan wrote, “The Government’s arguments paint with a broad brush and threaten to upend fundamental protections in our Constitution.” She added, “But ours is not an autocracy; it is a system of checks and balances.”

The FLRA, created by Congress to oversee labor disputes, grants its members statutory protections against arbitrary dismissal. Members can only be removed for inefficiency, neglect, or malfeasance and must receive notice and a hearing before dismissal.

Thank you once again Democrats for not slow-walking any of this through your extreme Leftist judge stooges and getting them done very quickly so they can all be reversed on appeal and those that don't can make their way swiftly to the Supreme Court where they will be the law of the land going forward.

If your party had any leadership right now, this would not be happening because they would know to slow-walk this until the midterms, where historically they would gain back enough seats to at least take the house back.

Or maybe it's possible that your leadership already knows that there's no chance for a Democratic Party comeback in the mid-terms and they're just going to burn everything they can down while their ship sinks once and for all.

Appeals court refuses to halt an order for the rehiring of thousands of fired federal workers

WASHINGTON (AP) — An appeals court in California has refused to halt a judge’s order requiring the Trump administration to rehire thousands of federal workers who were let go in mass firings.

A split 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel turned back an emergency motion late Wednesday to pause the order from U.S. District Judge William Alsup in a case brought by labor unions and nonprofits as Republican President Donald Trump moves to dramatically downsize the federal workforce. Alsup is one of two judges who found legal problems with the way the firings of probationary workers were carried out.

Two of the three judges on the panel ruled against the request for an emergency stay. The dissenting judge said the government had a strong argument against reinstating the workers.

Wow. An appeals court in pure blue territory shot Trump down. Imagine that, huh?

Thank you for doing this so quickly. Now we'll punt it to the Supreme Court and make it the law of the land going forward.

America thanks Liberal Activist Judges for helping speed all of this along in record time.

You are just too stupid.
