Quote:Originally posted by THG: Hey Rue (comrade Kiki). First, yea America. Sorry you don’t practice this level of law in Russia. Hey, maybe someday. Here we celebrate the rule of law despite the protests of trolls. Here, unlike Russia, wrong doings that are uncovered are dealt with. Here, if enough evidence isn't uncovered to prove guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt, then that too is recognized. This happens regardless of our personal opinions. Again, yea America. Robert Mueller’s mandate was very narrow. What if anything did Russia do during the campaign. Then, because of their behaviors, Trump and others working within his campaign with deep Russian ties, forced Mueller’s mandate to be expanded. He indicted 34 to 37 individuals. Six, seven whatever from within Trumps campaign. Also Indicted were thirteen Russians, three Russian companies. The level of detail Mueller presented in these indictments was astounding. All guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. That was the standard he used to determine if he could prove a Trump Russia conspiracy. He could not. However, we as a nation saw colluding for ourselves in Trumps behavior, plus Congress isn’t so restricted. The American people’s opinions are not so restricted either. Collusion will still be decided at the polls. It’s not a done deal. Mueller stated in his report that he could not discount Trump obstructed justice. Further, if Mueller decided not to indict because of the Justice Department’s policy not to indict a sitting president, but felt Trump did commit obstruction, that is how he would proceed. His stating he could not discount obstruction puts the decision squarely in the hands of Congress. Mueller knows this. Barr showed poor judgement to say the least, deciding no obstruction occurred after only after a few hours reading Mueller’s report, when Mueller wouldn’t do it after investigating it for two years. And thanks comrade Kiki. Thanks for re-posting some of my posts. After rereading them I was pleased to see that I showed such good judgement from beginning to current. It must be terrible for you seeing America shine while Russia fails so miserably. Tick tock comrade

Agreed, when a prosecutor says “the investigation did not establish” an offense, that is not to say the crime wasn’t committed or that there was not evidence supporting it. It means that there was not sufficient proof of conspiracy or coordination to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. We need to see the report, tick tock

Hmm... maybe somebody should tell the Secret Service about you. Signym, you won't call the Secret Service or your lawyer. You and Trump are all empty talk and play-acting. I figured you'd be an ass about Vietnam, same as Trump would. It was only last week Trump was bitching about John McCain's war record, inflating himself. Mr. Trump did not go to the Vietnam war. He has a consistent record about all wars, being for them, but if America loses he says he was always against. www.factcheck.org/2016/02/donald-trump-and-the-iraq-war/ www.nbcnews.com/feature/show-me/video/despite-his-claims-donald-trump-did-initially-support-the-iraq-war-760660547760 www.latimes.com/nation/politics/trailguide/la-na-second-presidential-debate-live-trump-says-he-opposed-iraq-war-from-the-1476065104-htmlstory.html On Sunday, Barr delivered to Congress a four-page letter characterizing Mueller’s report but leaving much to the imagination. Mueller went to church across the street from the White House and said nothing. Based on Barr’s letter, Trump and his team gleefully claimed, without any apparent fear of response from Mueller, “total and complete exoneration,” even though Mueller’s report, according to Barr’s own terse summary, explicitly said that the finding “does not exonerate” Trump. It didn’t have to go down like this. Instead of remaining silent and secretive for almost two years, Mueller and his prosecutorial team could have acted more like the Justice Department itself does in ordinary times, holding press conferences and briefing reporters on background, explaining their decisions to indict and not indict and helping us all understand what was going on in this tense, intense investigation that goes to the very heart of how we govern ourselves and protect our electoral system. Mueller could have, and should have, stood before reporters and the American people to announce and explain his conclusions so we could all consider and debate their validity. Prior investigations of presidents, by independent counsels Lawrence Walsh and Kenneth Starr, for example, who were criticized for their many public statements and voluminous public reports, may have caused Mueller to take his silent man approach, but he went too far. We needed to hear from him. We needed him to tell us what we could expect and fear, what was true and what was imagined as things unfolded in real time. As the Supreme Court said many years ago, “People in an open society do not demand infallibility from their institutions, but it is difficult for them to accept what they are prohibited from observing.” It is not too late. We need to see the full Mueller report as soon as possible and hear from Mueller himself as to what led him to his conclusions and why he reached them. https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2019/03/mueller-report-william-barr-donald-trump.html The Joss Whedon script for Serenity, where Wash lives, is Serenity-190pages.pdf at www.mediafire.com/folder/1uwh75oa407q8/Firefly

But Trump has actually given orders that can only end in murdering civilians. Then he covers it up. http://fortune.com/2019/03/06/trump-drones-report-civilian-deaths/ www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-cancels-obama-policy-reporting-drone-strike-deaths-n980156 Getting back to the Mueller Investigation, Trump said he was "exonerated". Trump has no conscience about lying about this or civilian deaths or anything. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/03/william-barr-mueller-report-tk/585709/
