Michael Cohen has email showing Trump obstructed Justice by dangling pardon. http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/03/cohen-email-trump-dangled-pardon-obstruction-justice-mueller.html The Joss Whedon script for Serenity, where Wash lives, is Serenity-190pages.pdf at www.mediafire.com/folder/1uwh75oa407q8/Firefly I'll ask if you actually read the article beyond the title before I say anything more. Do Right, Be Right. :)If you want to point out that the email came from a lawyer working for Rudy, who is working for Trump, then claim that means Trump has plausible deniability that Trump personally obstructed justice, please do so. The last President to get close to impeachment, Nixon, had intermediaries between himself and the employees who went to jail. There were Watergate Tapes, but Trump is not recording himself. He learned that lesson from Nixon. www.history.com/news/watergate-where-are-they-now "On July 30, under coercion from the Supreme Court, Nixon finally released the Watergate tapes. On August 5, transcripts of the recordings were released, including a segment in which the president was heard instructing Haldeman to order the FBI to halt the Watergate investigation. Three days later, Nixon announced his resignation." www.history.com/this-day-in-history/nixon-resigns Now that I think of it, Nixon didn't have to resign. He could have been stubborn, destroyed the tapes, and forced Congress to go through the uncertain legal process of removing him. Without the tapes, the end of his term in office would have arrived before the wheels of justice had finished turning in the Senate, but Nixon exited early so that he could get a pardon and avoid being prosecuted after leaving office. Trump will be stubborn and create much unnecessary trouble for himself in retirement, unlike Nixon. Trump will be in courtrooms for years after he leaves office. Nixon had a peaceful retirement, avoided all that legal maneuvering, because he was smarter than Trump. The Federal Election Commission this week issued a $35,000 fine to Sen. Ted Cruz for failing to disclose more than $1 million in campaign loans from Citibank and Goldman Sachs. The commission found that Cruz took out loans from the banks for use in his 2012 Senate campaign but improperly reported them as coming from his “personal funds,” according to the settlement agreement posted online by the Campaign Legal Center. “As has repeatedly been reported, the loans were public at the time and fully disclosed on Senate ethics disclosures, but they weren’t reported correctly on the FEC forms,” said Cruz campaign spokeswoman Catherine Frazier, referring to a New York Times report from 2016. “This agreed settlement resolves that filing mistake once and for all.” The Joss Whedon script for Serenity, where Wash lives, is Serenity-190pages.pdf at www.mediafire.com/folder/1uwh75oa407q8/Firefly

Quote:Originally posted by THG: Trump changes direction, says there ‘should be no Mueller Report’ Donald Trump has thrown plenty of tantrums, online and off. The president has lashed out at Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation; he’s condemned the probe as “illegal”; and he’s accused Democrats of being guilty of the transgressions he’s been accused of. So the fact that Trump did all of these same things in a series of tweets this morning wouldn’t ordinarily be of any real interest. Except, this time, the Republican, perhaps feeling some anxiety about what’s to come, went just a little further than he has before. http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/trump-changes-direction-says-there-should-be-no-mueller-report
