I've been hearing a rash of people on boats not wearing their jackets/bouys and falling into the water, then even more unattired jump in to also drown. Sure, many of these people are from other states and just visiting, but could everybody here please just wear the things, whether you are falling into the water to drown or jumping in after another to also drown?

I was truck by the Maryland origin. Is not Maryland defined by water along a huge amount of the state's boundary? How do they not know?
