I finally got around to seeing this over the weekend.

I have seen the Deadpools, and probably most or all of the Wolverines. I'm not exactly a fanatic of either.
This makes 2 films that Blake Lively is in. in cinema at the same time, and possibly the 2 highest Box Office at some point.
Wesley Snipes sets some cinematic record, about the actor playing the same role for the largest span of time (27 years), as Blade.
He also has one of my favorite lines in the film.
Lots of jokes that flew past me, inside baseball jokes, and lots of cameos and jokes about the actor's personal & professional lives.
This might be the Deadpool I like the best.
Have not seen it mentioned that Nathan Fillion and Morena Baccarin are in this. Serenity was 2005. Nathan was in some TV show before Firefly, with some dude named Ryan Reynolds.


Codas.
The end credit scroll is accompanied by a bunch of clips, like BTS, documentary, bloopers, outtakes, etc. of various films and characters in the production universe of this film and it's characters.

The very end has a coda, after all of the credits, maybe after the company logo. It is part of what happened in the film. Apparently this scene is the exact reason that Chris Evans agreed to reprise his role for this film, otherwise he was going to pass.

My old man mentioned Blade after he'd seen it. He'd never seen the original movies, but he knows all about the drama surrounding the reboot that Disney may or may not even be putting out.

He told me Wesley Snipes looked great in the role and they should just use him again.
