I think its possible the whole of Australia has lost its mind?

Maybe its their instincts a DNA genetic memory? Australia is becoming a penal colony again? Prior to European settlement, Australia was inhabited by the Aborigines some biologists and historians track their roots and say they left Africa a long, long, LONG time ago, although a Native aboriginal looks 'Black' they are even more removed from Africans genetics than a European is removed. As the 18th century came to a close, convicts were given land packages and more free settlers came to the land in the hope of setting up farms and businesses. A number of colonies started to be formed - the most populated being New South Wales (whose capital city is Sydney). These colonies later became the states. Administrators of any of the various Australian penal colonies operated by the British Empire. The penal colony is a settlement used to exile prisoners and separate them from the general populace by placing them in a remote location, France sent criminals to tropical penal colonies including Louisiana USA in the early 18th century. If the colony is fairly loosely controlled or has no guards at all, they in Aus believe it will resemble a free anarchy frontier or get eaten by Covid the Corona Doomsday Apocalypse virus?
