Well, this is the Countdown clock that is long overdue being started.

When will Criminal Charges be brought against Comey, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe, Rosenstein, Sztrok, Page, Ohr, etc, etc?

Who will be first? Will one turn State's Evidence, for consideration of lighter sentence?

It seems fairly evident that, now with Durham on the cases, these Bozos will be facing charges.

Ad also, did I forget anybody special?

Anybody turn State's Evidence during all the Obama scandal hearings? No, Dems always close ranks and say nothing.

Supposedly the former head ofthe No Such Agency, Adm Michael Rogers, is cooperating with Durham.

Former National Security Agency director and retired Adm. Michael Rogers has met multiple times with U.S. attorney John Durham as part of an ongoing probe into the origins of the counterintelligence investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign, The Intercept reported Friday.

Rogers, who served as NSA director under Obama and Trump, “has cooperated voluntarily,” according to sources. Durham, who did not agree with DOJ inspector general Mike Horowitz’s report on the predication of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation, is also looking into what role former CIA director John Brennan played in the 2017 intelligence community assessment that detailed Russian interference in the election.

The assessment, compiled by the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA, stated that Vladimir Putin “ordered an influence campaign” that “aspired to help” Trump and discredit Clinton. While the FBI and the CIA had high confidence in the conclusion, Rogers’s NSA reported a moderate confidence and was the “lone exception,” as Brennan testified in May 2017.

The reason why the NSA only had "moderate confidence" in the report (which according to whistleblower analysis means "no confidence at all" in spook-speak) was because they [the NSA] had intercepted NO packets of DNC files heading across the internet to Julian Assange. I have made this point many times, and this point has been made many times by former high-level employees and whistleblowers, but not on the M$M. If you people would bother to listen to something other than Rachel Madcow bloviating about the latest propaganda, you might have known this too.

Quote:

Rogers, who retired in May 2018, played a central role in addressing FISA abuses of Section 702 — which allows the government to acquire counterintelligence by surveilling foreign persons.

According to a FISA court ruling declassified in April 2017, a Rogers-ordered audit found violations in “approximately eighty-five percent” of Section 702 searches from November 1, 2015, to May 1, 2016.

... under Obama ...
Quote:

The violations were mainly linked to a practice known as “upstream” surveillance in which NSA agents use a search tool to collect any communications that mention the target.
And they can do this because they have a big giant database of illegally-obtained communication.
Quote:

After learning of the issue Rogers subsequently shut down the “about query” tool on October 21, 2016,
According to Adm Rogers, he cut off CIA and FBI access to this database, which was fostering more surveillance and prosecution abuses.

Quote:

the same day the FBI received a FISA warrant to surveil Trump-campaign adviser Carter Page, and then told the FISC of his findings three days later.
Under Obama

Quote:

After former DNI James Clapper recommended to Obama that he be removed, Rogers travelled to Trump tower to meet with the president-elect Trump without informing his supervisors on November 17, 2016. Later that day, the Trump transition team announced it was shifting its operations to Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey.

Now, what does this all mean?

I was very disappointed in the way Barr handled Epstein's death. Between the missing security videotapes and the unconscionable lapses in jailhouse procedure, and especially the nonsensical medical examiner's report this smacks of one giant coverup. Either Barr is being ultra-cooperative with Mossad and the Royal Family, or Epstein had something on Barr (or his dad), or this is just a giant hoax and Epstein isn't dead, he'sin witness protection (which seems pretty far-fetched). It took the FIB and entire month after Epstein's murder to finally make their way over to Pedo Island, and I don't think they've yet been to Epstein's ranch. I suspect that this gave other intelligence agencies a chance to sanitize the evidence.

In sum, my guess is that Barr will pursue the "pedophilia" angle but not the "blackmail" angle because too many names would come to light, or he would be very selective about pursuing who availed themselves of Epstein's "services" to limit the damage.

So Barr himself isn't going to go full bore against the entire Washington swamp. I mean, if he pursued Debbie Washerwoman Shit and her "IT guy" who had access to many congressional emails (and who has since fled back to Pakistan), and Epstein and everyone associated with him, and pursued everyone who laundered money from Ukraine and elsewhere, and everyone who represented a foreign government (including Israel) without declaring it, and everyone who had a "foundation" to launder foreign donations, and everyone who disposed of evidence (looking at YOU, Hillary), and everyone who used illegally-obtained evidence or lied to the FISA court or who lied to Congress (looking at YOU, Mr. Brennan!) or ordered murders or embezzled or leaked classified information or subverted the democratic process ... why, there wouldn't be anyone left but maybe a dozen people! The FIB, CYA, NoSuchAgency, Stat Dept, DuD, would be depopulated of its top three tiers, at least! Entire "think tanks" would be gone. Congress would be an series of empty halls and empty offices, except maybe a half-dozen people (and I'm being generous).

Wow, what a picture!

So, yeah ... Barr is going to be selective about who he prosecutes. The question is, is he going to go after top names like Brennan, Clapper, Comey, and Obama? Or is is going to pick easier targets?

Durham isn't investigating Epstein, but (I don't know if you recall) Trump made a strong connection between the deep state and pedophilia, and many of his supporters said that he was going to wrap up "the swamp" on pedophilia charges.

I personally think that Epstein WAS some sort of asset, and his pedo-blackmail oppression was very useful for some of the deeper parts of the deep state.

As head of DOJ, Barr has the authority to order the FBI to pursue Epstein's activities and death further. So far it looks like it's somewhere between "back burner" and "coverup"

Trump said he has the most transparent presidency ever. I think it's true. And now people are getting to see how sausage is made.

Except for the most pathological TDSers, what I *HOPE* is that people are getting a good, unvarnished look at how government runs. And that they're realizing how everyone is at the trough snorking up goodies and pursuing piggy agendas, and nobody is actually representing them, reason, equity, basic honesty ...

I *HOPE* that even if there's not a moment of sudden realization, there comes a slow erosion of faith in the government when it says 'trust us'.

You mean like his lies are so transparent?

You mean not complying with Congressional Oversight's request for documents is being transparent?

You mean when they silence witness testimony through intimidation and by blocking them from appearing to testify is being transparent?

Or do you suggest that the increase in FOIA requests under Trump is a sign of openness?
http://foiaproject.org/2018/01/16/lawsuits-trump-first-year/

Perhaps, for you Trump's obscuring the truth with obvious lies and see through cover-ups is what you mean by transparency? If so, then you are also being equally transparent.

Barr Tried to Prove a Deep State Plot Against Trump. He Failed.
https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2020/10/william-barr-trump-russia-durh

Axios confirms that Barr has been breaking the news to top Republicans that Durham won’t have anything before the election. “Barr is communicating that Durham is taking his investigation extremely seriously and is focused on winning prosecutions,” the story notes.

This is certainly one explanation. Another, more plausible explanation is that Durham has not been able to find any crimes because they don’t exist.

TRUMP’S “UNMASKING” PROBE OF OBAMA AND BIDEN FOUND A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING
https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2020/10/trump-unmasking-probe-obama-bi
den-found-nothing

In May, as the right made angry noises about what they said was the improper “unmasking” of Trumpworld figures by Barack Obama and his administration, William Barr authorized United States Attorney John Bash to probe the matter. “The Attorney General determined that certain aspects of unmasking needed to be reviewed,” Justice Department spokesperson Kerri Kupec told Fox News’s Sean Hannity at the time. “We know that unmasking inherently isn’t wrong, but...can be problematic.” The inquiry, a spinoff of John Durham’s review of the origins of the Russia investigation, appeared to be yet another effort by Barr to legitimize Donald Trump’s conspiracy theories—and to target Joe Biden and the Democrats in the run-up to the 2020 election.

But when Bash, the now-former U.S. Attorney from West Texas, concluded his investigation recently, he came up so empty-handed Barr didn’t even announce it had ended. Indeed, Bash found no wrongdoing on the part of Obama, Biden, or others in their administration and finished his inquiry without pressing any charges, the Washington Post reported Tuesday. He left the DOJ last week, but neither he nor Barr discussed the results of his probe.

That’s not necessarily unusual—as the Post points out, the DOJ doesn’t typically make announcements about probes that don’t result in charges. But this probe wasn’t exactly typical: The election year inquiry sprung from a Trump conspiracy that the Obama administration had spied on his campaign, and has helped form the basis of political attacks on Biden from the president and his allies. Trump said last week that Obama and Biden should be arrested for their supposed attempts to subvert him, and his cronies have used the ginned-up scandal in jabs at the Democrat as recently as this month. “If you’re more worried about [Trump] unmasking on a balcony with no one close to him than you were by the Obama/Biden administration unmasking (aka illegally spying on) their political opponents, my diagnosis is you have [Trump Derangement Syndrome],” Rand Paul tweeted October 6, referring to the president’s bizarre appearance on the White House balcony upon returning to the White House after his COVID hospitalization. “My prescription is to put down your phone.”

That Barr has not released the results of the Bash probe that would torpedo such attacks shows that he continues to serve the president’s interests, even if his fishing expedition didn’t turn up any wrongdoing. Still, that’s unlikely to satisfy Trump, who has been frustrated with the Attorney General since he warned that Durham’s probe into the origins of the Russia investigation would not be completed by Election Day—because what good would the inquiry be if it didn’t turn up an October surprise? “Bill Barr is going to go down as either the greatest Attorney General in the history of the country,” Trump told Fox Business last week, “or he’s going to go down as, you know, a very sad situation.” The fact that Barr can’t seem to come up with actual dirt isn’t stopping Trump from flinging wild, desperate allegations that “THE BIGGEST OF ALL POLITICAL SCANDALS” in history had been committed against him. “BIDEN SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO RUN,” Trump tweeted last week. “GOT CAUGHT!!!”

You can't find anything more stupid than trumptard stupid.

Even in the alternate timeline where Trump doesn't get reelected, he put in 3 supreme court justices, and Roberts being the liberal wolf in sheep clothing isn't going to matter anymore.

2nd Amendment rights fully protected across the board now, and Facebook and Twitter are going to get what's coming to them.

Dorsey should probably just keep hiding out in whatever 3rd world shithole that he's slacking in right now and Zuckerborg ought to go to his cryosleep pod and chill for 50 or so years before they get enough Anti-Constitutionalist Leftists in SCOTUS again for him to continue with his plans.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

Update (2000ET): Unless you've been hiding under a rock all day, you'll know that Twitter and Facebook have been escalating their censorship of a shocking New York Post story showing emails (to and from Hunter Biden) that clearly contradict Joe Biden's claims that he never discussed business with his son.

The authenticity of the contents of the emails was not denied by the Biden campaign and furthermore, the possibility of an off-the-books meeting between the VP and the Ukrainian executive was not denied:

Several GOP lawmakers got officially 'involved', including Rep Jim Jordan, who issued his own letter to Facebook demanding an explanation for why it decided to censor the Hunter Biden story.

pic.twitter.com/Kkz2Pztccw
— Rep. Jim Jordan (@Jim_Jordan) October 14, 2020

Facebook reiterated its warning that that the U.S.’s foreign adversaries, including Russia, might seek to trick journalists into amplifying hacked or inaccurate content they want to spread ahead of an election.

Wow, hiding behind fake Russian interference in order to interfere with the election.

Quote:

Nathaniel Gleicher, Facebook’s head of security policy, issued this warning again Wednesday on Twitter, “given this morning’s news cycle.” He did not directly say whether this was why Facebook took action on the New York Post content.

Then Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey offered his comment, rapidly backpedaling on the actions his firm had taken:

Our communication around our actions on the @nypost article was not great. And blocking URL sharing via tweet or DM with zero context as to why we’re blocking: unacceptable. https://t.co/v55vDVVlgt
— jack (@jack) October 14, 2020

Which sounded somewhat genuine, until the company attempted to provide "much needed clarity" about its decision.

The company then tried to cover its action by laying out a step-by-step explanation of how the story violated its terms of service. Notably, many of the examples it offered are routinely exhibited in news stories of all kinds.

The main offense that it's leaning on: publishing personal photos without the explicit permission of the subject.

Oh, puhleez! Can't they come up with a better excuse than that?

News media have long respected the privacy of private individuals, but when it comes to public figures, all bets are off. At least that's what many reporters are taught in journalism school.

"We want to provide much needed clarity around the actions we’ve taken with respect to two NY Post articles that were first Tweeted this morning."

The images contained in the articles include personal and private information — like email addresses and phone numbers — which violate our rules. https://t.co/plPa5SZ3we
— Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) October 14, 2020

As noted this morning, we also currently view materials included in the articles as violations of our Hacked Materials Policy. https://t.co/gCY4BnBHHa
— Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) October 14, 2020

Commentary on or discussion about hacked materials, such as articles that cover them but do not include or link to the materials themselves, aren’t a violation of this policy. Our policy only covers links to or images of hacked material themselves.
— Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) October 14, 2020

The policy, established in 2018, prohibits the use of our service to distribute content obtained without authorization. We don’t want to incentivize hacking by allowing Twitter to be used as distribution for possibly illegally obtained materials. https://t.co/qx9rlzWH4O
— Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) October 14, 2020

We know we have more work to do to provide clarity in our product when we enforce our rules in this manner. We should provide additional clarity and context when preventing the Tweeting or DMing of URLs that violate our policies.
— Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) October 14, 2020

We recognize that Twitter is just one of many places where people can find information online, and the Twitter Rules are intended to protect the conversation on our service, and to add context to people’s experience where we can.
— Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) October 14, 2020

Did President Trump give NBC News permission to publish that recording of him talking to Billy Bush?

Oh and one more thing...

"obtained without authorization"

Trump's tax records were given to The New York Times "without authorization" and Twitter made sure that it was the top trending story for days https://t.co/9pJIfzvwSh
— Ryan Saavedra (@RealSaavedra) October 15, 2020

Of course, conservatives immediately pointed out that it's not Twitter's communication skills that are the issue.

Your “communication” is not the problem. The problem is your totalitarian censorship, your election interference, and the fact that you allow genocidal terrorists to threaten Jews while banning elected U.S. officials from sharing American journalism. https://t.co/F0CrgP6GP7
— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) October 15, 2020

And another user pointed out the irony of journalists backing Twitter's explanation.

Journalists carrying water for a digital platform suppressing certain types of journalism is a creepy phenomenon that will not end well for anyone, least of all journalists. https://t.co/J4JlnQQGqg
— Omri Ceren (@omriceren) October 14, 2020

We have one warning for Mr.Dorsey, stay out of the way of (soon to be Congresswoman Laura Loomer):

Mark Zuckerberg wants us to be in Facebook jail forever.

When I get to Congress, I’m going to make sure he goes to real jail.

And when I say I’m going to do something, nothing can or will stop me.

He needs to serve time for his crimes.

If innocent American citizens can serve time in Prison for fake “Russian collision election interference”, then the tech executives can serve time in prison for committing actual election interference!

I understand that many Libtards do not care about the Biden Crime Family, and their structure to give half of their corrupt and treasonous income back to Joe, thus laundering his income for him. Plus, auctioning off his bribes and Government access is not a problem in Libtard books.
