So that we can pick another user, tag
them with a private message. Whenever
that user logs in next, they can see
a flag by their name like a flashing
"new message" or something...

Yes! Possible to use as a "proxy", but if
the user doesn't happen to use those Messenging
tools, the messenge can just hang out here
until next time that receiver uses the site.
