One of the Convicts is now released on Parole for health reasons.

For those not familiar with paper manufacturing, a slurry of wood pulp, or recycled paper, is mixed in a large vat (lip is at or below floor level), then drained/piped as liquid to the paper pressing or paper constitution machines.

Monfils was found in a vat, with weight and rope around his neck. Union retribution was the story.
