I think Elizabeth Warren iz the best choise for Hillary, but Bernie woud make a close 2nd.

On the off chans that Bernie winz the nomination I think Hillary shoud be hiz running mate. If he picked Elizabeth, the pair woud seem too radical for alot uv sheepl.

On the GoP side Trump will pick Cris Cristy and Cruz will pick Rubio.

Hilliary/ Warren or Hilliary/ Sanders would both be excellent ways to lose for the Dems. New York and a neighboring state would make a great pair. A smart person would find somebody in Texas, Florida. Next up would be a high-electoral vote state with a borderline result in the past 3 election cycles, find a Governor or Senator from there. I don't pay enough attention to the idiot field to find a name for you there. Avoid California (unless Cruz picks from CA the week before) or any New England State.

Trump Chrispy Creme would also be a good way to lose for the GOP, having 2 neighboring states that most of America hates. Trump being the nominee will add his name to the Ford, Dole, McCain, Romney list.

Cruz/Rubio. I don't think that would be a winning idea. They disagree a whole lot. Why would you pick them? Rubio only won Puerto Rico, right? Based on demographics, they would more likely voted for a name like Cruz than Hilliary, making Rubio's value redundant. Vast numbers of hispanics are religious conservatives, making Cruz highly competitive in that demographic.
Cruz should find somebody in Ohio or Pennsylvania, unless he can find somebody in California and hope to topple that mess. If he picked Palin or Speaker Ryan (both seemingly unavailable) it would be a juggernaut. Nicky Haley or another east-coast reasonable person would do well. I would hope he would know enough to avoid RINOs, or he'll be trying to lose.

Of course, after losing in 1960, Nixon never won again either.
Not joking about Palin. You should think of it as an advantage for your candidate. And then you can be bewildered when she becomes Veep.

Ryan is less available, but the GOP establishment wants to get him out of the Speakership.
He is fiscally minded, and finally as Speaker he will have the greatest ability to get things straightened out in DC spending. Hate for him to give that up.

If any uv the GoP candidates had a chans, picking Palin az the VP woud not only end it, it woud ensure that the entire party goez extinct by 2018.

So, good idea.

Dont forget that Ryan looked like a fool in hiz debate with Joe Biden. Unless he spent the last 4 yirz cramming on all the issuez, Hillary woud chew him up like Godzilla vs Peewee Herman.

You wish.
Palin helped expand and revitalize the GOP, and gave voice to the Tea Party Patriots.
Had RINO McCain not been so hellbent on derailing his own campaign and allowing looney lefty lying Libtard Steve Schmidt to destroy any chance there was, Palin would have won it for him.

Personally, I'm voting for Hilary.

No matter who gets voted in it's going to be really bad. Never let it be said I'm not "pro Woman"....

Besides.... She's got a Republican House and Senate now. Just make sure it stays that way 2 years from now and they'll be so busy fighting each other nothing ever gets done. :)

Do Right, Be Right. :)

Are you daft?
She does not care about the House and Senate. She will commit whatever crimes she desires, making Putin look like Law & Order and Obama like a constitutionalist.

I'm not Daft, but thanks for caring....

Actually, this is something I planned 3 years ago... (you can look up my posts back then if you take the time to sift throuh a lot of mindlessness to find it).... Otherwise you can take a few people here's word that this is what I said I would do.

I AM NOT a REPUBLICAN...

but at the same time, I will say very wholeheartedly that DEMOCRATS can go eat my balls. :)

Unless ALL of the rules are changed, at least for 2 years, Hilary would be POWERLESS if voted in.

Then all we would have to do is make sure that the House and Senate remained Republican....

Then even re-vote Hilary in 4 years later...

Then 2 years later make sure the House and Senate remains Republian...

If we're lucky, we might make it 20 years without any new Federal Laws or Federal Taxes being passed!!!!

Why are we not putting Republicans at the "Head" of this arrangement?

Because as little as I trust any of them, ASSHOLE TRUMP has more foreign interest tendrils in EVERYTHING in the world. When I was like 5 years old there was a fucking gameshow named after him called "Trump Card".... and the girl on it was sexier than Vanna White, but nobody remembers her name......

I'd like to think I have a soul, and I'm socially liberal and fiscally conservative.

I think that overall our world would be better lead by the possibility of that.

Bush JR. was a Travesty..... Obama just exponentiallized his ineptitude...

TRUMP will be the goddamned capitalization of the American Worker's soul for the bottom line of multi-national corporations henceforth. PERIOD.

I'm not saying that Hilary won't fuck us too. I just think that she'll lube us up and be a lot more gentle about it.

Fucking Jacks' Pizzas cost over 7 bucks now when they used to be 10 for 10.

Trust me man...

The only option we have now is to always strategically vote so they're always fighting each other.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

I've heard lately talk about Trump picking Chris Christie as Veep.

Although voters would be need to choose between New York Liberal #1 and New York Liberal #2 (or else Libertarian), this would give them a clear choice of New York Liberal plus New Jersey Liberal.
This would present a stunningly attractive ticket for American masses across the fruited plains of New Amsterdam and The Boardwalk. Clearly a winner.

I've heard Newt Gingrich, who is being vetted to be Donald Trump’s running mate and appeared with the candidate in Cincinnati on Wednesday, left the campaign trail this weekend for an unusual reason. The former Speaker of the House had to fly to Paris to appear at a gala celebration for the Mojahedin-e Khalq, or People’s Mujahedin, an Iranian exile group that wants Washington’s backing for regime change in Iran.

In his remarks, Gingrich heaped praise on the MEK’s efforts, and congratulated them on the presence of another dignitary, Prince Turki al-Faisal, a senior member of the Saudi royal family and a former head of that nation’s intelligence service.

What Gingrich failed to mention in his enthusiastic endorsement of the MEK, however, is that the Iranian dissidents previously spent three decades trying to achieve their aim through terrorist attacks, and some of their first victims were Americans. He also avoided talking about the fact that the group’s terrorist cell was once based in Iraq, where it was armed and protected by Saddam Hussein.

The timing of Gingrich’s appearance at the MEK gala was awkward for Trump, since the candidate had spent part of the previous week arguing that the late Iraqi dictator, while being “a really bad guy,” deserved some credit because “he killed terrorists.”

“He did that so good,” Trump told supporters in North Carolina on Tuesday, “they didn’t read them the rights; they didn’t talk; they were a terrorist, it was over.”

Four days later, Gingrich reminded the world that Saddam, in fact, had a history of support for terrorist groups, like the MEK, whose members helped foment the 1979 revolution, in part by killing American civilians working in Tehran, and then lost a bitter struggle for power to the Islamists. After they were forced to flee Iran in 1981, the MEK set up a government-in-exile in France and established a military base in Iraq, where they were given arms and training by Saddam as part of a strategy to destabilize the theocratic government in Tehran he was at war with.

In recent years, as The Intercept has reported, the MEK has poured millions of dollars into reinventing itself as a moderate political group ready to take power in Iran if Western-backed regime change ever takes place. To that end it lobbied successfully to be removed from the State Department’s list of foreign terrorist organizations in 2012. The Iranian exiles achieved this over the apparent opposition of then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in part by paying a long list of former United States officials hefty speaking fees of between $10,000 to $50,000 for hymns of praise like the one Gingrich delivered on Saturday in Paris, where the MEK’s political wing held its annual “Free Iran” gala.

This pairing would throw the election so far towards Hilliary that Gary Johnson might not be able to make a difference.
