It's the PERFECT drug to take over for the fact that I can't smoke weed when I'm looking for a job....

lol... as if I'm even still looking....

I smoked pot no less than the previous 3650 days before I started looking for this "real" job I thought I was going to get after school...

Aside from my drunken outbursts, most of them "anon", I've managed to somehow keep it under wraps.....

Those mother fuckers made me stop taking the medicine I've been taking since I was 18 years old, and I know that I'm only a half-step away from being a goddamned lunatic without them.

I've been off of weed for 10 months now... for a job.... lol....

Before you judge to harshly, let me remind you that the only reason I get to act like some grotesque "Gollum" in my own home now is that during my 10 or 12 so years of smoking I made nearly half a million dollars and I did very well at saving a lot of it and that's why I'm where I am today.

Do what you want....

Just give me my little black back pack back..........

and when She asks me why, I'd be lying if I didn't tell her that it's because She only likes me when I'm high ;)

For the life of me, I can't remember that great song or that great one-hit-wonder band from the early 2,000's that did everything they could to make their awesome song sound and feel like it was from the 70's in the studio....

Huge brain farrt right now...

I know it was years before I found out what song it was only because we had the internet by then and I remembered enough of the lyrics to find it.

If it wasn't Swingers, I don't know what movie it was, but I loved this song for years...

I'm pretty sure that at 12 years old I was the only person who bought Bostons' 1994 Album. Maybe that's why we lost Brad Delp's beautiful voice in 2007 when he committed suicide in the strangest way possible by lighting up a grill in his bathroom and just going to sleep with that burning. Who knows, maybe he didn't have enough money left to at least buy a shitty car to do it in his own garage... maybe he was living in some section 8 housing and didn't even have a garage to do it in?

Anyway, "I Need Your Love" is the reason I bought the album. It was a little dated for the music coming out at the time, even in the Rock scene, but I thought it was the single most beautiful piece of music I had ever heard when I was 12.

The entire album is awesome, and I rarely say that about any album.

It always just seemed pretty fluid to me, but I only read tonight that tracks 4 through 7 on Walk On were all 1 song, but just separated into tracks on the CD...

Here's the "Walk On Medley"...

I'm fully aware that nearly Every Single Rock Idol/Band of my time was operating with only 1/5th of this ability, but as much as Kurt Kobain hated himself for it, Pop was ALL about "looks" after the mid 90's, and has been ever since....

Honestly.... listen to this and tell me anyone who is making millions today that has a shred of this talent, sans beauty :)

They wouldn't have made collective billions over the years, adjusted for inflation, if there wasn't something to it....

I just think it's a shame the best Boy Band Song ever made was by a one hit wonder groupo and nobody remembers it.

By the time "Five" was around, boy bands were making even teenage girls yawn...

If New Kids on the Block sang this, it would be burned in all of your heads still today. :)

Around that time, the UK was dabbling in something that never took off...

The Boy/Girl Group...

It's a shame it didn't take off...

When I was a kid, there were a lot of epic songs that were duets between epic singers. Today the closest we get to that is rap collaborations or some dude rapping with some girl singing or whatever... The last real song I can think of had Kid Rock singing with Sheryl Crow.

I think men and women today are just so politically at odds that you don't see songs like this in the mainstream anymore. Tell me that I'm wrong.....
