That's the sensible thing to do. The prison lobby needs bodies in jails, though, so that's not going to happen anytime soon.

Hell, we can't even get weed legalized in Indiana. While other states are moving towards it, our government is increasing penalties for small amounts in order to placate the people they truly serve.
