The title of the post is one of the best I've seen in a while, but this was even better.

I think it's good to cut down on butter and sweets though. I have probably used less than a stick of butter in the last 6 months. I don't put salt from the shaker on anything I eat. I don't eat any sweets of any kind unless it's a special occasion and it would be insulting to not have just a taste.

Then again, I drink anywhere from 60-120 cheap-swill beers a week, i smoke 10 packs a week, i drink roughly 60 cups of coffee a week (by volume), i eat no less than 3 frozen pizzas a week, and to make up for the 3 hours of sleep i get between shifts i sleep nearly 20 hours after passing out that first morning home.

It's a good thing I haven't gunked up the works with bars of butter and Bearclaws..... Those 34 year old gears are much more corroded than they should be now, what with all of the processed food and salts and other carcinogens.
