I hope the same happens to Barry in November, I think he's going to lose in a land slide, and a few Democrats who live in what they think are safe districts are also going to lose.

You'd like Obama to be replaced by a Socialist President?

KPO

Sometimes you own the libs. Sometimes, the libs own you.

I wonder if Sarko will move even further to the right to try to take voters off Ms Le Pen's National Front...

It's not personal. It's just war.

No Obama is a Democrat, Stewart Alexander is the Socialist Party candidate. :)

I do not fear God, I fear the ignorance of man.

They're either both socialists, extremely greedy and corrupt, or a combination of those traits, I'm not sure which yet.

Obama Care is basically Massachusetts Romney Care on a nation-wide level. Neither of them are really concerned about creating jobs here in America, and have a poor track record of such (I'll acknowledge that circumstances are stacked against them). Both will certainly start more wars, both just pay lip-service to their base supporters but will likely have a very similar actual policy and platform when they're in office. We went off a cliff in 2008, but we haven't really climbed back out, more just gotten used to living down in there.

Every candidate from here on out is just going to dig us in deeper. It's about appeasing the short-term interests while lining their pockets. No one is ever going to suggest the difficult hard work solutions that will create jobs and innovation in this country and fix the economy, journalists are never going to wake the country up because they answer to soft ball weak willed executives and insider journalism politics. Americans have generally become lazy and apathetic. They make us think we want something, then give it to us twisted so it only benefits them, make us think the two sides are against each other when they'll always compromise to serve THEIR agenda, not ours. Eventually, our government will bow to foreign pressure, and there will be a turn around, in that we'll stop being lazy and apathetic right about when we start being farmed out as mercenary cannon fodder for global domination schemes. Too little, too late. Bye bye America, hello spartan police state.
